I was certain my motherboard needed replacing and was ready to bring in for repairs. Really glad we found Jeff. Called on a Sunday for a laptop repair. He was really knowledgeable. We had taken our laptop to Geek Squad before calling him, and they had no idea what to do. He fixed our issue over the phone. We thought we had a bad motherboard, but it was just an issue of taking the battery out and turning on the computer with just the power adapter. Seriously, that was it.

He didn't charge us for the help. I asked if we could send him some money, and he said he was happy to help and not to worry about it. Really appreciate it Jeff. Wife is happy, I am happy! Thanks 22 Zebras Computer Repair! :D
