Erik is the best. We have updated our system with Erik and he did a fantastic job, had us up and running working on our new system with very little down time. We also updated all of our work stations. It was a very smooth cross over from our old network to our new network. Our new system works great thanks to Erik. If we have an issue with anything, he logs onto the system via remote and fixes the problem in minutes.

It is really a great place to go to if my computer needs any fixing up. The customer service is great, and the time it takes for my computer to get fixed is not a hassle at all! My Toshiba Satellite laptop was experiencing issues concerning the back light of the computer screen. I brought it to Fast Computer Solutions and Erik quickly determined the problem without even doing a full diagnostics. He determined there was a problem with my alternator which provides electricity to the back light of my laptop and swiftly repaired it.

Ever since the issue has not returned, and my computer is running efficiently. He even included a complimentary virus scan and defragmentation of my hard drive so my laptop runs at its maximum potential. Highly recommended.
