My 5-year-old Dell had been acting up for a few months, freezing up and having trouble starting it. One morning it just wouldn't wake up, so I took it in. Jim looked at at right then and after cleaning up some connections, jury-rigged a new start-button for me, since the old one was just not functioning. He saved my computer at a reasonable price and with wonderful "right now " service!

When I brought my non-booting desktop computer in today, Andrew was immediately available to check it out. He found that the computer couldn't see the hard drive. (Later I recalled hearing an abnormal sound coming from the box that must have been the dying gasps.) He had available a refurbished replacement computer that I was able to buy for a reasonable price, so in no time I was able to walk out with my problem solved.

Ive had my fingerprints done more times than i can count. It was my first time here. My appt was at 1:20pm, i walked in a few mins early. I didnt even get a chance to sit down before the nice lady helped me sign in and immediately took my prints. Will come back when my prints are due again. Thank you.
