We offer a free site survey of business locations to give an opinion or estimate on repair. The site survey is an honest opinion made by Advantage Computers on the state of a business network and computers. We will not recommend our service if your current IT company is doing a decent job.

Byron
Byron is relatively new with Advantage Computers and is a full time employee. He has completed his Bachelor's in Information Systems and continues to improve on his skills. Byron is very efficient and timely in his work. He specializes in building computers and removing viruses/spyware. Outside of work, Byron spends his time working on his car and stays active. He plays sports, rides his bike, and works out. Byron also enjoys researching new technologies and expanding his knowledge of computers.
Brian
Brian is new to Advantage Computers and most of his background comes from his hobby of working with computers. Brian is efficient and good at soldering. He works on many of our soldering jobs for laptops and is a quick learner. Outside of work Brian does everything! He plays video games, does outdoor activities, researches computer technologies, works on websites, and spends time with his family.
Dan
Dan started working for Advantage over a year ago and is a part time employee. He has completed his Bachelors in Information Systems and is working on a Masters at UNR. Dan learns fast and has become very experienced with Windows computers. He prides himself on his ability to fix errors that are found in the event viewer of windows. He has become a valuable employee of Advantage Computers. Outside of the office Dan spends time studying, researching technology, and enjoying outdoor activities.
Russ
Russ has been with Advantage Computers for almost 9 years and is a full time employee. He completed his Bachelors in Information Systems and is a graduate of UNR. Russ is the Manager and on-site tech of the office. He has 12+ years experience as a computer technician and has worked on things from programming to building computers. When not on-site or in the office Russ enjoys outdoor activities, PC gaming, researching technology, and travelling.

Went in to see how much they will charge to fix our computer. Guy turned it on and found out the initial problem - hard drive issue. They quoted me $280 and up to fix + $100 and up for the part + $100 to install windows, + labor. I can't afford to pay so I decided to go, but the guy charged me $25 to plug in a computer and find out what's wrong. It was literally less than 8 minutes conversation. WOW, way to go to make money. I wish they have a sign or inform me about a minimum diagnostic fee.

I have had incredible experiences with Advantage Computers. I know the owner, Russel Burkett, personally, and have been able to rely on him and his staff for any of my tech concerns. Advantage Computers consistently provides troubleshooting and consultation services to my benefit, even if the solution does not necessarily result in business for the company.
It would be easy to rely on Advantage Computers because of Russel's accessibility, but the competence of Russel and his staff is what makes using Advantage Computers a "no-brainer." They help diagnose the issue you are having, identify the ideal solutions, and have the means to implement those solutions in-house. Small businesses should aspire to the thoughtful, hands-on approach Advantage Computers takes with all of its customers.
I cannot recommend this business, and my brother-in-law Russel, highly enough. Recently, Advantage Computers consulted on an article for the State Bar of Nevada's attorney publication, the "Nevada Lawyer, " and helped disseminate helpful security tips to practitioners around the State.

Everything they've done for Quality Bookkeeping has been top rated work. From upgrading my wifi, setting up an email exchange so I can receive encrypted email from clients, repairing my computer, and upgrading my laptop to handle the work load put on it on a daily basis by a very busy bookkeeping office. The customer service is very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Walking in to their offices, you're greeted by a friendly face, an environment that's both welcoming and clean. Neatness is something I admire, and Advantage Computers doesn't have piles of parts and equipment on display.
