If it is broke, we'll fix it ... in-person at your location. If it is a complex, multi-component or time-gobbling problem, we'll provide an estimate on the expected cost before proceeding with any larger repairs. The extra cost of any part(s) that requires replacement as well, as additional labor costs, will be clearly outlined in our estimate. If an extended service call like this is required, we'll deduct $30 from our Basic On-Site Service Call rate (that is, you pay only $59.00 + the estimate amount for the larger repairs).

If it is a complex, multi-component or time-gobbling problem, we'll provide an estimate on the expected cost before proceeding with any larger repairs. The extra cost of any part(s), software or programming that is required, as well additional labor costs, will be clearly outlined in our estimate. This method works only for operating systems, software, networking and other non-hardware applications. The reason? Hardware issues can sometimes be diagnosed remotely, but they still require hands-on manual labor in order to make a physical repair.

Somehow my business laptop locked me out. My Windows log-in password absolutely would not work; I could not get into my computer.
Alabama Computer Guy cracked the code on that within 24 hours. I had full access to my laptop - all programs, files and valuables intact - the next day. I could not be more pleased ... and relieved. These guys are HIGHLY recommended by me.

They did a complete upgrade, rewrite and reprogramming to modern specs in 2008. And helped us create yet a third incarnation in 2012. We initially called for a repair to our ethernet network configuration (which they took care completely the same day). This turned into an on-going, as-needed IT Support relationship. They are even building us a new e-commerce site now from the ground up. Very pleased, good guys, fair and sharp all around.
