He made sure I understood his processes and exactly what work he was going to perform. Benjamin provided status updates and didn t perform any work that wasn t authorized by me. I was in the area and needed computer repair services for my laptop for an overheating issue. I've repaired and replaced components in my own computers, built PCs, but just didn't have the parts available for the job. I knew this would be a reasonable challenge for a computer repair tech.
Ben was professional and courteous and explained what he would do in a straightforward manner. Service was done by the time expected and the fee was reasonable.

Our laptop got infected with a virus on a Saturday night, we could no longer log onto the internet. So we left the computer until Sunday morning. Sunday morning we stumbled across Alhambra Computer Services on yelp. We called about 8:30am, Ben answered, we told him the issue and he said bring it in. We took it to him at 10:00am Sunday morning and our laptop was ready Sunday evening. The whole day he kept my husband informed of what was going on. We got it back and it's working like brand new. He's definitely our go-to guy! If you want fast great customer service, call Ben he's amazing. It's nice to have someone you can trust.
