I've had to contact Aloha Computers more than once to help with my personal computer and they really go above and beyond what I expected. Jacob and Veronica are both very patient and have an amazing way of explaining things so someone without a computer degree can understand. They are amazing people and work with both commercial and residential computer systems. I would absolutely refer them to anyone! Best on the island!

I needed to use a computer and print out something while staying in Wailaua. The library told me since I didn't live local that I couldn't use their services but recommended for me to try this place and I am glad I did. They allowed me to use a computer and print out a bunch of pages of stuff at an incredibly reasonable rate. The lady working there was super nice (filled with aloha!), and I would definitely use again if I am ever in need of any such services on the north shore of Oahu again!

My wife's computer was really slow and sometimes not connecting to the Internet. Even though her laptop is Japanese, they had enough experience with all kinds of computers to recognize the characters. They quickly got her laptop up and going and even streamlined it, uninstalling and erasing all the deeply entrenched viruses and/or programs and installing or telling my wife which new ones to install. For a very reasonable price, her laptop works as if new (she says better than when she bought it four years ago).
