We try to work within a 24-48 hour turn-around time frame from the time of pick-up to drop-off in efforts to return your computer to you as quickly as possible. We are available to Palmdale, Lancaster, and Quartz Hill. We do not charge by the hour. Don't spend more than you need to!

We use professional IT service equipment as well as a multitude of software for system troubleshooting s that we can diagnose and advise you of the problem quickly, easily and reliably usually within an hour. In the event that your system requires advanced testing, we will take it back to the workplace for further review at no extra charge with an average turnaround of 48 hours.

We will setup your router and configure your entire network wired or wireless. If wireless your network will be configured to be secured to prevent unauthorized access from the outside. File-sharing and printer-sharing will be setup and explained. Each computer will be internet optimized to run at full potential. Devices such as modems, routers, ethernet cards, and cables must be provided or we can provide them at cost. Hardware installation included. We can provide all parts as needed.
