I was in the Carleton Business Plaza and so happen to find this computer shop, turns out they do everything including smartphones, laptop repair, and even gaming computers which my son loves. I brought my old laptop in for some upgrades the following day after I talked to the guys about the pricing. This is my new one stop shop for all of my electronics!

The customer service was insane! Within two hours of my initial call for help (which was at the end of the work day), someone was on site to solve the issue. Nick kept my laptop over night and completely resolved the problem! I was able to get my laptop back the very next morning, in perfect condition. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend!

The principal owner and only employee, Nicholas Osborn, is a total fraud who requests that you pay him up front (Direct Deposit into his account for products and services which he then does not render. I made this mistake which cost me $177. Avoid having the same FRAUD occurring that I did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY COMPUTER PARTS OR SERVICES YOU NEED OR YOU WILL ALSO BE WRITING A SIMILAR REVIEW!!!
