Worked with Fred closely on a custom build PC motherboard replacement that other repair shops could not solve. I had a first class experience with Carolina IT Services. Intermittent/elusive hardware issues are the worst. I'm a computer hobbyist and I build PCs for myself and my friends. I'd never faced an issue I couldn't diagnose on my own until this November. I had neither the tools nor the time necessary to rule out all of my PC components and needed an expert. Jim got me in touch with Fred, and Fred did what I could not.
The experience was smooth, friendly, and very much worth the investment for service rendered with a personal, face-to-face touch. Once it was diagnosed I asked my better-half to pick the PC up for me. When she did Fred carried it out to her car and he buckled it in for safety. You don't get treatment like that just anywhere. I am very happy to recommend their services.

Had a sporadic problem that would not always re-create on my laptop. Took a screen shot and took the laptop to Carolina IT Services. They worked on it but could not guarantee the work. So they let me take it home, without charge. It has worked great since then. So Thank You for good customer service.
