I recently bought my friend's gaming PC and wanted to move all the parts to a new tower. But somewhere along the lines, something went wrong and I was at a loss for what to do next. I searched & found Coast Computer on Google. I called and spoke with Annette who was very understanding and gave me a quote over the phone. I dropped off my computer that afternoon and had a pleasant chat with her & Tom describing what was happening and was assured that they could fix it.
I was given an estimated turnaround time of 1-2 days. The next morning, Tom called to let me know that he had fixed the issue and had my computer up and running. He even reformatted my computer per my request. I went to pick up my computer almost exactly 24 hours after I had dropped it off and everything was up and running. The quote that I was provided over the phone was exactly what I paid.
Tom & Annette are both wonderful & kind people who provide honest service at a very fair price. If you're in need of computer repairs, look no further.

I am so pleased with the customer service with coast computer from the start when i called them up and talked over the phone to the time i walked out of their front door with my fixed computer.... one day i used my computer and next morning i went back and it wasn't turning on to windows, coast computer tested my hardware and found that it was a power supply i didn't know anything about my hardware and tom & Annette took the extra time out to tell me what i didn't know... and they treat you like a real person.
