In-Store Repair and Service

Computer Allies provides a wide variety of computer repair services. Our standard in-store repair service is $60.00/Hour charged in 15 minute increments. Due to the large number of computer types and configurations, it is impossible for us to give time estimates on repairs. We repair every computer as it comes in as quickly and efficiently as we are able.
Virus Removal
Report
Our virus cleanup service uses the same pricing as our standard in-store service. Virus removal is not done on-site due to the length of time it takes. The fee for cleanup is usually between $60.00 and $120.00, plus tax. In some cases viruses corrupt the Windows operating system at a fundamental level. This requires us to format the hard drive, removing all data. We then reinstall Windows along with basic software. We can back up your personal data if we have to do this, and we will not do so without getting your permission.
Refurbished Systems
Report
Computer Allies repairs and upgrades older computers, reselling them at very low prices for basic users. All of our refurbished machines come with a 90 day hardware warranty. Contact us to see what we have available.

Critical: Quality, Value I took my laptop in because the hinge brook. After they kept it for almost two weeks they called to say it didn't work. Never had any trouble before I took it in. They said they sent it to Dell for repairs but it will not work at all. They really ruined a great laoptop

Seemed to figure out what the problem was with my laptop, but I was told the diagnostic charge would be $15. When I picked it up the charge for the diagnostic was $65. Is it really that satisfying ripping off a college student? This place sucks

Needed an emergency charger for my laptop. They knew exactly which one to give me. I didn't have to go to Walmart and spend $60 so these guys are my heros. They also told we what chargers NOT to get if my new one ever broke, so that my computer wouldn't get messed up. My laptop stays plugged up for days and the adapter never gets hot. Loved how friendly they were. Sat there with them and talked for a good amount of time, and I'm usually a shy person. I will definitely go to Computer Allies Inc. for anything and everything tech savy. Thanks so much!

I needed a laptop charger that cost $60+ dollars at Radio Shak, Wal Mart, and online, Computer Allies gave it to me for only $25!
