I have a Mutoh RJ900X that I was having issues with. I could not find anyone that would help me fix it. No one works on Mutoh printers. I reached out to Allen and he offered to send his technician John to take a look at it and see if he could help me out. John came out to our shop, worked with Mutoh's tech support and was able to help me get my Mutoh fixed.

I greatly appreciated Allen and John's willingness to help me with my printer issue, even thought they don't typically work on Mutoh printers. They were awesome to work with. I am sure I will be using and referring their services in the future. Thanks again!

My laptop froze up and I was unable to use it further, not a good situation. Called Allen and he said to bring it by (this was on a Saturday). I dropped it off, thinking I would call him on Monday and get an ETA. To my surprise and amazement, he called me a few hours later and said it was all fixed ready to go. Very responsive and professional, and best part was he repaired it the same day (on a weekend). Very impressed, highly recommend.

L brought in two laptops, one needed a new hard drive and the other one was so badly infected from my grandson using it that it was useless. He fixed both of them and was able to save all the data on both machines. I would use him again.

I am very satisfied with the technical competence and turnaround time of servicing my desktop. I explained that I use my computer for business and many things will fall behind if problem is not addressed in the shortest possible time. Allen fixed the macbook issue for 300$ flat, but Apple store was asking for 485+ Tax with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. His turn around time was very quick (same day ) and he is very friendly as well.

Allen is smart and tenacious. I've built a couple desktops but this hardware failure was about 3 needles in a haystack to find and fix (mobo, ssd, cpu). He hooked me up with new cpu, got me a functioning OS and gave me all my RMA info. Good man and I will repeat when necessary.
