I have used this company for years. I've bought cell phones, computers, accessories, software and I have taken classes from them on how to use everything from i Pads to my new Apple 11. AND they are fabulous. The staff have been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. If I don't understand they were patience and explained it differently till I "GET IT".
They have also helped other members of my family. I can't name a single individual who has helped me because their staff changes but everyone who has been there was great. I highly recommend them for anything APPLE.

Really bad customer service and ripped off; they knowingly charged me 85 $ as deposit fee. Although I told them all I need Mac book battery nothing else. But they insisted to check; in 3rd day they called me and said either I fix entire computer for 1125 $, or buy new computer from them otherwise take your computer and go and the deposit is not refundable.
What a shameful. I just took my computer and I left. Like wasting 85 $ & time for nothing.after traveling for a hour. I'm warming you be careful from these people. I learned a lesson and I won't recommend any person to them.

My Apple phone was having battery issues and I was having a very bad day trying to deal with the Verizon office here in town. My neighbors told me they had always had good luck with Computer Hardware. I gave CH a call then dropped off my phone to have the battery replaced. Two hours later I was able to pick up my phone with its new battery and also a new screen saver.
The fellow I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I will take my Apple products to Computer Hardware from now on! BONUS: When you call their store they actually answer the phone as compared to Verizon and Best Buy where they make you talk to a nationwide call center.

I had the battery in my Apple phone replaced. After I picked it up I discovered the screen was locked up. When I returned it, they told me it was working when I left, implying I did something to cause it to quit working. When they opened it up again they discovered a wire had come loose which froze the screen. It became clear, it could not have been working when I picked it up, because of the loose wire. The manager would not admit that they didn't fully test it before returning it to me. I told them I would not do any business with them in the future.
