My sh*tty Dell Computer (yes, Dell you are SH*TTY) crashed on me within three day of use. I was livid but I got this computer for free so. I contacted the owner, Jim whom told to me dropped it off. That was on a Friday. Come Monday, my computer was all fixed up. The price point = ouch! but I'm willing to pay for a smooth running computer and I know it will not crashed on me again. Walid fixed all my program but he had to come to my place to install iTunes for me. He's a very nice guy (I wonder if he has a girlfriend hmmm) I will be using their services again if need be.
