We had wifi issues at our new house. Computer Literate was able to help find an affordable and easy-to-use wifi "mesh" solution. There were more expensive options, but they recommended a cheaper solution. So far, it works perfectly just as advertised. 10/10 these guys know their stuff and helped fix my tech issue at a low cost.

I brought some computers and other equipment and was told on the phone I would get $450 for all of it. Next day my wife goes in to recieve the money and they tell her $350. If I'm told something I personally expect it to be that way not go back on one's word without a reason. They also lost the USB to my headset rendering it useless and didn't compensate.

I would not recommend going here. If you do take pictures of everything you give them with them in the picture and have it written down and them sign it. I won't be going back to them.

My laptop kept crashing, so I decided to get it looked at. The guys were very professional and explained everything to me. Only took a few days for them to reinstall Windows and test it out. Have an iphone6 where the charger port stopped working. Didn't want to drive all the way to Austin to get it fixed. Andrew at computer literate fixed my phone and even replaced my cracked screen at no extra charge. Got my phone back in less than an hour. Friendly service to boot. Highly recommend!

Best computer and cell phone repair shop in Bastrop, do not waste your time anywhere else. My cell phone wasn't working, so I tried the new Phone Clinic chain store, BIG mistake. They kept my phone all day and didn't fix it, and didn't know what was wrong. Tuesday morning I took the phone to Computer Literate and it was fixed within an hour, cost $50, all it needed was a new battery.

I will never go to another place, I learned my lesson. The guy at computer literate has the experience and his prices are great. In addition, its a small local business, not a chain store which is nice.
