I first met Dan over ten years ago, when he managed the technology at an office where I worked. He's been my personal "computer guru" ever since, shepherding me from tower-monitor-keyboard set-ups to laptops and a tablet, with multiple updates and upgrades and security system installations. When my computer unexpectedly died and I needed someone to check it out, I found Dan online and gave him a call. Dan was able to look the computer over that day and, unfortunately, had to give me the bad news that is was truly dead. He was able to export my files, folders and web bookmarks off the computer and import them to my new computer. This was all within 3 days! Dan made what could have been a worst case scenario into one that, other than having to purchase a new computer(!), you'd never have known had happened. I whole-heartedly recommend Dan.

I contacted Dan, as I had heard about his service. I live in Iowa, which is out of state from Colorado. I did not know if this was possible. It was. I used Dan's computer service digitally. He was able to access my computer screen and manually walk me through my problems. Dan was able to troubleshoot my issues; as I had several with my computer, and he arrived at the answers/solutions.

I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and patience with me as I consider myself as somewhat computer illiterate with terminology, icons and the general workings of a computer. Dan was so very professional. He gently explained my issues to me and assured me that I did not need to know everything he was doing, that he was able to do the things needed to be done.

I likened this to driving a car. I have my key and start the ignition, but I do not need to know the inner workings of the engine and pistons. I will not hesitate to contact Dan next time I need his help. I will not have to go to a computer center to have my problems fixed. I will use Dan.

Dan is the man! I called him up after reading the reviews on Google, informed him off my issue, and took my computer to him the next day. He called me throughout the process and provided clear communication about what he was doing to resolve the problem. When it became clear that the computer issue was not solvable, Dan offered me a discount price and to mirror everything onto a new SSD drive twice the size of the broken one. I had my computer back the next day and it's worked great! I will be going to Dan again for future PC repair.

Dan was so helpful! He was confident and reassuring that he could salvage my data after my laptop died in mid-use. So not only did he copy all my data onto a flash drive, he actually got the laptop up and running again so I could finish some things before transferring everything to my new laptop. What a relief! Dan has been my "computer guy" for over a year, and I couldn't be more pleased.
