I went to Red Computers yesterday thinking I would have to leave my sons computer for diagnostics and repair, and it would cost a fortune. The gentleman who helped us was absolutely fabulous! He knew exactly what was wrong with the laptop and corrected the problem while we waited. I will never go to any other computer repair shop in the future. I have used this company twice now. I have to say that they were excellent! The owner even met me out one time to deliver my repaired laptop when I was unable to get to their office. That is incredible customer service. Prices were very reasonable and I have had no issues with the laptop since. Originally, I has planned to trash the laptop and buy a new one, but after talking to the owner, John, it turns out that it was more economical to repair. Plus I was able to save all of my important information. I strongly recommend this company to anyone with any computer problems!

I've been using Red's for years. I think this is my third computer they built for me. Their prices are reasonable; the people are friendly (they even let me go to the back where my PC was being assembled) and I always get a reliable and future-proofed PC when they are done. Every time somebody calls me and asks for help with their computer, I try to fix it for them. If I can't, I tell them to go to Red's.

I took a laptop in to have it diagnosed to see if a virus could be removed. I was told that the virus could not be removed, all my files were lost, and my laptop was useless and I could donate it to them for the diagnosis fee. The next day, a friend of mine, who happens to be an IT tech for a university, not only retrieved all my files, but removed the virus. Needless to say, and despite all their glowing reviews, I would never recommend them to anyone. They left a very sour taste in my mouth.

My company has been working with Computer Problems?, Inc. for as long as I have been employed there (3 years). Jonathan Hill is an amazing tech and has always been incredibly helpful and a fountain of information. I would recommend Computer Problems?, Inc. to anyone who needs computer assistance. Rodney also helped me when I needed a custom built computer for my business and he took the time to find out exactly what I would be using my computer for and sent me a build sheet for my new lap top that was tailored to my needs. I always get excellent service from Computer Problems?. They recently saved me from losing my data. My 8 month old computer crashed and my Windows backup file was bad and my laptop was encrypted for my business. Data is unreadable on an encrypted drive and in some cases can be lost. However, Rodney worked with our encryption vendor and was able to recover ALL of my data in case the computer had to be reloaded. However he was also able to recover my laptop. Thank you so much! Such a life saver. I recommend everyone to them.

"Call on Red" and your computer and networking problems are solved! Our company (16 employees, networked, central server, etc.) have used Rodney, Jonathan and the crew for a couple of years now and have yet to be disappointed. On the rare occasion they can't show up onsite in a timely manner, they can remote-in and fix just about any problem. We have been very pleased with the service, knowledge and leadership in getting the best product for our tech needs.
