They were able to fix my blue screen issue right through a text message. Pretty unbelievable. I will use these guys for all of my pc issues moving forward. Highly recommend!

John immediately answered my call and within 24 hours was at my home installing a new wifi system after I was HACKED! great guy, reliable and trustworthy.

Man I gave him my computer for a fan replacement. ONLY THING WRONG WITH IT. he kept it for MONTHS always giving me excuse why it wasn't done. last time I called he said he was on it. month later STILL NOT FIXED. I just showed up at his house to pick up my computer and he acted like he didn't even know who i was. hands me my computer then hands me the fan he took out. computer was not only NOT FIXED but brought it to another repair place and NOW IT WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON! IDK how old reviews are but this JOHN definitely lost his touch! (NO STARS IF POSSIBLE)

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Set up to get the requires memory and ram did last week discussed a date to install It did not happen. Than yesterday 8/2/2021 talked to John, He told me that he had time at 11:30 to call him, I called and got voicemail Waiting to get any information about repairs.

I cannot praise this business enough. John cam to our door within an hour or two of our initial call and worked quickly and efficiently. We were so grateful s we were pretty stuck without a working computer. He really knows his business and is personable as well. We would very happy to recommend him

John deserves 10 stars! He solved my computer disaster so professionally and was extremely reasonable and fast! Rarely do you find this quality of service and effort in any business! I recommend him to anyone who has been disappointed with previous computer businesses!

John answered his phone right away and came over the same day. He made an assessment. Took the computer repaired overnight and all is well again. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I most heartedly reccomend him to anyone looking for an honest and pleasant man with really good computer skills.

The guy showed up to pick up the laptop, seemed to be in a hurry and quickly requested full payment up front, yet he never said that full payment was required in any prior correspondences. My check was cashed within the same day. He could not even say for sure what kind of SSD was to be installed despite my request to know that upfront. I had to contact him a few times to determine when the repairs were to be completed, waited late into the evening, and then had to called again to wait another 45 minutes for him to arrive.

Whatever he did in completing the upgrades caused Mac Office to become inoperable and required a re-install, which he refused to do at his expense. Mac Office was working fine and I was never told that Mac Office or any other software program would require a new install and that it would not be covered under the work being done. I now must purchase Mac Office at my expense and do the install on my own. Don't waste your time and money with this company! Take your business elsewhere, I know I will!

I wish you could give 10 stars! I can not speak any higher about John and his services! My parents computer was older and slower than anything.it also kept losing wi-fi connection. I called John and he said no problem.and he came and got the computer the SAME day! He even gave me a quote first, which he adhered to. The computer was fixed and returned the NEXT day! Unbelievable!

He updated the computer and the operating system and installed a new wi-fi adapter. The computer is 100% better in all areas! Immidiately on wi-fi and super fast! He even works on MAC! I would NOT hesistate to use him again!

John has the knowledge and patience to help you with all your computer and tv needs. He hung 3 TVs for me and put in a surround sound system that was not over priced. He also hooked up Ring's around my house to have a camera view. No job too small he always answers his phone. Thanks again John.!

Fantastic service. Had a laptop that suddenly wouldn't even boot up in the middle of work, feared I was going to lose all my data and have to buy a new laptop, however John correctly diagnosed the issue immediately had it back to me within a day or two fully operational with no data loss, all for an extremely reasonable price.

Just had computer serviced today after moving to Toms River a few weeks ago. I have to say, this was the fastest I ever got my computer back from being serviced & the fastest in speed it has ever been! John is very personable & honest. I would definitely recommend.

I can not say enough nice things about John, he was wonderful and very helpful! The power button on my laptop stopped working and was stuck down. John did a little trouble shooting over the phone to save me the cost of a service call. When that didn't work he came to me and found the button had broke. He took my laptop to the shop to build the underside of the button back up. He even met met me at another appointment I has in the area to give me the laptop back. If you need a computer repair and are in his service area definitely give me a call!

I will spare you the gory details but recently a Windows 10 update rendered my computer completely useless! After exhausting all other options including having my cousin who is an IT tech look at it, an attempt to restore before the update and even a factory reset, all of which failed to fix any of the problems and instead created more headache and frustration, I brought my computer to the guys at Computer Repair.

It took them a few days to figure out how to fix my issues but I was really impressed at how they weren't willing to give up too quickly. And when I finally was able to pick up my computer I was relieved that the bill was VERY reasonable! I would bring my computer back to them in a heartbeat!

Great, fast service at a very reasonable price. They not only fixed it very professionally, but they created a restore point. That will teach me--I completely trust these guys. I am visiting here from Chicago--and I am happy that I found this place.

This place is great. I came here on a friend's recommendation. My old laptop's motherboard got fried, so I asked them to transfer data from the hard drive on to my new laptop. There was quite a bit of data to transfer and they estimated it would take about two hours. They offered a reasonable price, and when the job ended up being more complicated and taking longer than expected, they stuck to the original estimated price.
