These services are offered at our central Phoenix location, and is typically completed within one to 2 business days. In some cases, repairs can take longer, but we always keep our customers informed as the repair status of their equipment, and in some cases loaner equipment is available. Diagnostic services are available also if you have a unit that you do not know is worth a repair or not, which will keep any potential waste at a minimum.

Our technicians are available to come to your office or home to solve whatever problems you are experiencing during normal business hours. Weekend and Evening service is available, but must be scheduled in advance. In most cases the problems can be resolved with just one visit. Prices vary depending on the type of product being serviced, and is billed in half hour increments after the first hour.

This man has wonderful customer service and is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Compuworld to everyone. Right now his specialty is mainly printers due to covid. He helped me so much, I hope I will be able to get more tech services from him as Covid clears up! It's important that we support local businesses!

I have known Nikki and Mitch for over 10 years. I've had 2 computers built, taken in lap tops to be fixed for people I've helped in life, etc. They both have been EXTREMELY successful in the diagnostic and updates every time. Very fair, reasonable and personable. I highly recommend them to help you WITH ALL your computer needs. Nikki scopes into video creation and projectors. If it were possible to give a perfect 10 on this page, I would not hesitate 1 nano-second!

First time using Mitch at Compuworld for repair of my Epson printer. Mitch was great! Looked up a part that we needed as I was standing there, told me the cost and time it would take to get and install. $40 down to order the part and balance at pickup. Everything went as expected and very satisfied with the entire process and result! Highly recommended.

After searching far and wide at the big box stores for an adapter I needed, I decided to go local. I called the guys at Compuworld and asked if they had a very specific part that I needed. They knew EXACTLY what I was referring to without me having to elaborate! They had the item in stock and quoted me the price over the phone. I thanked him and off we went.
The gentleman that helped us out was so knowledgeable, its no surprise he's been in business for over 25 years. I love these little local shops because you can truly tell theyre passionate about the work they do. I am pretty sure this was the only shop in the valley that had the parts I was looking for without having to order them offline. I'm glad to have found this place. Good prices, good people and they know their stuff. I have found my new local computer shop here in the valley. Thanks Compuworld!

Mitch was incredibly helpful in diagnosing a problem I was having with a PC I built. He got back to me the next day after I dropped it off and by that point, he already pinpointed a few potential issues that might be causing my particular problem (keeps powering on and off when plugged in). He took great notes and barely charged me anything. He even threw in some extra screws I was missing, extra adhesive, and a CPU cover for free for my trouble, since I'm likely going to have to send some parts back to get fixed and he warned me about them getting damaged in transit. Mitch recognized that and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. My dad reccomended them highly after his past experience having them build his office computers. I'd also highly recommend these guys for their overall solid service.

I had an error code on a large Epson printer, and let it sit for months as the first Epson repair shop I called didn't have the ability (or willingness) to service the printer on site. When I visited the issue again, I had the great fortune of discovering this shop. Mitch was not only willing and able to service the printer on site if necessary, he talked me through the three things which might present the error code I received, which a user could fix. Happily for me, one of the three was the problem, and no further service was required. His willingness to assist me over the phone and his detailed knowledge of the product earns top, top marks for customer service.

Great, reliable place. They built a computer for me three years ago when my old mobo died, built around my old hard drives. Last year I had them replace my primary drive with a SSD and now I'm going have them upgrade my old secondary 3/4TB drive with a new 2TB. You can probably find someone cheaper, but it'll cost you in the long run. They do XLNT work and use quality components.

Worst business practice. I took my computer in for repair and dealt with the owner. I thought I was in good hands. I got my computer back in 1 week and it was working great for just a couple days. The owner asked me to bring the computer back in and he worked on it, again for 2 days and told me it was like brand new. I took it home again and it worked great (just like the first time).
A week and a half later my computer blew and I had to purchase another one. The owner told me that it blew because he had mixed up some of the internal wiring and he would give me a brand new computer for free if I would have lunch with him. I felt taken advantage of; because im a female who does not know much about computers and the lunch invitation was his ultimate purpose having me continuously come into the store with issues. This is a terrible store and the owner will defiantly take advantage of a female that may need assistance. WATCH OUT!

Very unhelpful. not interested in my business which I was willing to pay him a service call and a trip charge all to purchase a part he had in stock. He basicly wasn't interested in dealing with my call so he tried passing me off to some other service centers in town. terrrible customer service. not recommended at all
