I called on a Friday after my new laptop gave me the blue screen of death. Since DBS is open later I got through to Mitchell and he gave me info, a quote and we discussed my unique issues. I was car-less and needed the laptop for work, as its my job and business. He came to pick it up for me, maintained communication the whole weekend, and even dropped it back off to me when it was fixed on Sunday.
He safely and completely salvaged all my files that I was worried to lose and put all the basics back on for me. He answered all my questions and his fee was extremely reasonable. Without Mitchell going the extra mile, this problem could have been a much bigger one. I missed only 1 day of work and am very thankful. All of his advice and info was right on, very trustworthy, and high integrity.
I'm very thankful to Mitchell and now it's been a couple weeks and we are still working well. His service and work ethic could not be beat! He completely went above and beyond and was very helpful through the whole process. Highly highly recommend!
