Dos-Boot Dos-Boot was opened to fill a void in computer services available the OSU Campus and Columbus area. Our aim is to offer the best service available at an affordable price while maintaining a quick turn around time. In contrast to our larger retail chain competitors, all of our repairs are completed in shop.

Often times repair departments diagnose notebook problems but then outsource the repair to a third party company. This results in a turn around time of 2-3 weeks at a much higher additional cost. By cutting out the middleman and doing the repair ourselves, we often return computers to customers in under a week while keeping the costs as low as possible.

As many businesses know, testing and on the job experience are equally important. We feel it is essential that each one of our IT professionals have at least two years of computer repair and service experience before becoming members of our team. Qualified technicians are the core of our business.

We provide quick, professional, and affordable computer repair for both Mac and PC systems. Unlike many of our competitors, we repair all portable computers in our shop, saving you both time and money. We can repair a variety of problems, including virus/software problems, broken power jacks, broken or dim lcd screens and many more. We offer flat rate repair services with fast turn around on all repairs.

We realize that not all repairs can be brought to us, thats why were happy to come to you. Whether you need help with your small business network or setting up a new computer at home, we can help. We're also happy to offer scheduled maintenance visits to prevent problems from arising. We also offer pick-up and delivery if you're simply unable to bring your computer to us.

As well as formal qualifications and certifications, Jeff has over 12 years of self-taught and on the job experience in computer repair and diagnosis, wireless and wired networking, building/upgrading computers, laser printer repair, web design and software design and use.
