He made a lot of suggestions that were helpful. He helped me set up the computer so it would be ready when I got it home. The price was fair and reasonable and it came with a three month warranty. Most excellent 5 Star experience. I spoke on the phone and quickly decided this guy could handle my laptop. My laptop is an OG commercial laptop, tough as nails and was capable of a comeback. This guy knew it too, fixed me up right. My ancient OG Dell Latitude is back in business, faster than ever and all for an extremely reasonable price. He even had this all done within hours. I took my Dell Inspiron laptop to Eric yesterday for him to replace the main battery that I had received in the mail from Dell. He was SO kind and patient, and he reassured me that I had received the correct battery. He spent about 20 minutes of his time replacing the battery, checking out the general health of the laptop, and advising that I needed a new charger (which I already strongly suspected). He absolutely REFUSED to accept any payment from me except $30 for the charger, which I know is a very fair price. I would rate him 6 stars if that were an option!

I needed to set up an extra monitor with my laptop and that's about all I knew! I wanted a used monitor for my own cost-savings, but also to keep equipment out of the landfill as well. Eric knew what I needed and sold me everything I needed at a fair price. I have quick and random questions every now and again I know that I can call him for advice/troubleshooting. Everything everyone has said is completely true. In addition to being good at what he does, he's just a general all-around nice person.

Eric does what he says and delivered a reliable product on time at a good price. He even got my old laptop going quickly and didn't charge me a thing. He is a great guy as well.

If I could give Eric more then five stars, I would. I am completely dependent on my laptop for work and it suddenly stopped working. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and didn't take any shortcuts. He also found an ingenious workaround to get my laptop working so I can continue to work while the part is on the way. Plus, he did all of this for a reasonable price.

I was calling around a couple places to get an appraisal on how much it would cost to have my laptop looked at/fixed. Unlike other places that just quoted an hourly price or a flat fee (as one would expect), Eric talked me through the appraisal, asking me for generally what was wrong and computer symptoms. When I brought it to the shop, he was able to fix it in a couple minutes (okay, so maybe the fault was mine that I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my own and fix it.) but I was absolutely delighted. Eric was earnest and helpful. I'll definitely be back if I have any future issues.

This place does free estimates and they know what they're doing. Nice guy, was able to help diagnose a problem with my laptop and advise that in my case, repair wouldn't be cost effective, and I might be better off to put money I had budgeted for the repair toward my next laptop (mine is 5 years old). My old one will do for now. He spent about 15 minutes with me, no charge.

Hands-down best IT/PC repair experience! Simply walk-in with your machine and they'll take a look for free and make super-fair estimates. No over-pricing here on labor or components. Eric was super knowledgeable and helpful. The location is also very convenient next to Fry's, so he can just run over and buy the parts as needed - that's less time for you waiting on a shipment like typical repair shops.

Removed my virus and updated to XP from Vista on my Dell Inspiron a few years ago. Have purchased a used i5 core laptop works great and has 30 day warranty. Have brought back Dell had software issues now. They quickly diagnosed and repaired at a fair cost.

Really great service. I brought in a non-functioning desktop, prepared for the worst and left with a better (newer) PC and all my settings/data installed and intact. All this for less than I expected to pay on the repair itself. So happy with the results. Eric booted up the broken PC in front of me, and ran his diagnostic while walking me through all the steps - a very honest, transparent process. Eric was great! Very knowledgeable about models and features and the trade offs with each and told me when something was really more then what I needed. I am very happy with my laptop and the price I paid.

If you need great, fast, and honest service this is where you need to go to have you computer serviced. Eric ran a 24 hour diagnostic on my boyfriends computer and determined it was not a hardware issue. He informed him that he would install any hardware needed; that he was confident with the diagnostic results. We plan on going back and I will purchasing my gaming laptop for travel from him.

Sam demonstrated the best experience of fixing a computer that I have ever had. His knowledge was extensive, his price more than reasonable and his true concern to get me in a place that would fit my needs genuine. He fixed hardware, knew his way around any software, and suggested ways (that were free) to keep my desktop running smoothly. He worked quickly to restore it and showed a personal interest in my being satisfied.

He also looked into a printer that had not been functioning, told me it was a very good printer, and found the best price for ink. I could not have asked for more. If there was another star, I would have checked it. I know where to call should I have any more problems. Thanks Sam :)
