Upon the purchase of either Service Agreement described your current network infrastructure will be documented; including but not limited to: make & model of all desktops /laptops /servers /routers /switches /printers or other hardware connected to the network. A listing of operating systems and software on each computer will also be documented. The completed lists will be attached to the signed agreement and a copy given to the client.
The Services Agreement will remain in effect for the term of one (1) year, as long as the documented infrastructure is maintained. Changes to the infrastructure may result in necessary changes to the agreement. If this should occur, the client will have the option to sign and agree to a new agreement.

EZ Network Solutions is the best computer repair company I've used in Pinellas County. Super professional and responsive. Our problem involved WIFI and Home Network issues which we had no idea how to fix. Ernest Ezell came out, knew exactly what to do, and had all devices up and running in a short amount of time. Walked into ubreakifix and someone from behind a wall said, "we'll be right with you." There was someone in there already. Another person walked in.no acknowledgement. A young man came to the front desk without speaking a word to anyone of us. I left. I looked up computer repairs quickly in Google and found EZ Network Solutions. Great reviews! His personality.wow! Absolutely THE best place to get your computer repaired, virus and malware removed, and/or improved. The owner, Ernest Ezell, is a true tech whiz, and will spend the time with you to find out what's wrong, and what you want done. He'll also take the time to make sure your repair is correct, and that you at least sort-of understand what happened. All in all, a great place to go when your computer fails. If your looking for quick friendly computer service, this is the place. i had a 3 year old PC with a Booting issue. took it in, of all things the internal battery expanded and was causing problems. After Ernest replaced it, the next day i picked it up, and 3 days later my computer was still having issues. took it in once more and he corrected the problem with no additional cost. My computer now works just as good as the first day i bought it. Thanks Ez Network Solutions!

Highly recommend EZ Network Solutions! My external hard drive with 8 years of my photography stopped working - I panicked. The first data recovery shop couldn't retrieve anything, so I brought it to EZ. Ernest made no promises, except to try. He recovered 100% of my data and offered some strategies for best practices moving forward. A huge bonus in all of this, he spoke to me with courtesy, professionalism, respect, and empathy. I took my laptop in a few days ago. I use my laptop for work so I needed it right away. By the next day they had it fixed and ready. They had it done fast and properly.
