Fix my PC Store

Very grateful for this company! My Sony Viao laptop is 7 years old and was having issues acquiring and maintaining a charge. Sony no longer makes computers so they were unable to help me with my issue. Best Buy Geek Squad was also unable to assist. My laptop worked great and is loaded with great components - it would have cost me $1,500 - $2,300 to get something new that is comparable. Fix My PC Store was friendly, fast and reasonable! Thank you so much for all that you do.

My experience was outstanding and very professional. John did a great job in a reasonable time in getting my laptop working again.

This is not the first time I have hired this company for services I was or am in need for and there is a good reason why I always hire this company. It's quite simple...They are reliable, HONEST, extemley knowledgeable and very patient (explaining tech procedures and etc) which we all know is a rarity these days. I am by far not a technical person so these are my "go to guys" for all my technical needs whether it may be for cell phone repairs, computer issues, advise on what type of computer / product to purchase or security cameras that they have installed for my home and office.

I have all and nothing but positive things / comments to say not only about the company and it's services they provide but, also for all the employees that work with this company especially Andrew. Ther professionalism and customer service skills are really impeccable. It is a true pleasure to perform business with this company and I hands down HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any technical issues you might be experiencing or might be in of advice on.

My laptop failed and was not allowing access to Windows 10. I was desperate and needed someone to repair it quickly. A Google search revealed that Fix My PC Store was basically down the road from me. Contacted them and they offered an expedite service that would put my PC on the bench immediately. Jumped on that offer.
Results were:
I had my laptop back in less than 24 hours.

Even more amazing was that my desktop files were all there. Programs such as Office, Adobe, etc were not because those they could not recover/reinstall which for me was not a big deal. Service is outstanding from the front desk all the way to the techs. If you need your computer/laptop repaired this is the place. Their typical service time is 24-48 hours.I am sharing my experience with all my friends. This is a truly professional store.

This company by far is the best. I have been working with the owner Andrew and he is professional, honest, up front, friendly, and is always providing superior customer service. I had a hard issue with my camera system and he took the job and made miracles happen. His staff is professional and gives the customer superior customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I will never go anywhere else. You want the best you will get that with this company.

Josh was very patient and made me feel very comfortable and made my worries go away. I will only not trust anyone else with my computer. Very professional and knowledgeable. Josh you were great and I appreciate all your help. I feel like I could call you for any of my problems with my computer. He was also my daughter's recommendation and she was absolutely right.

I am a pretty smart guy when it comes to technology, I like to work on my PC all the time and do my own repairs. But when I ran into an issue I was having with my PC, I knew right away who I would turn to. I don't like to go to Geek Squad, because they charge too much, and the wait and service is not ideal. I've known Bryan and Andrew for many years, and know they are the best people in town to fix my PC. I brought my computer into his shop, and he was very fair with pricing...

First time in the store, we called prior about an old fan. Gentleman was very nice. (wish I remembered the name) Looked for my fan came out and the fan wasn't the right output. Came back with a used one that would work and just gave it to us. Got some dust cleaner and left. Plesant first time experience will recommend and go back in the future before anywhere else. Very professional and very patient with all my questions. Cleaned out malware, installed new anti-virus program and spruced up my computer. They also repaired my cell phone that I'd been having problems with. I googled recommend them.

I had a recent problem with my CPU overheating and believed it to be the water pump not working. The guys here took a look confirmed my problem. I provided them a new AIO water cooler which they installed for me. They saw that some of my wiring was done incorrectly and fix my wiring issue as well and moved some of my fans around to improve airflow no extra charge.

I'm super satisfied with the service the gentleman in the store provided. The guys that help me were Ben and Zack. They were very kind and helpful, and made sure to take the time to explain any questions I had. Would definitely be going back to them again in the future.

So, my laptop was messed up.to say the least. I have been to place before for another laptop. But how they fixed mine was awesome. Its running faster, and they pin pointed what the exact problem was in order to fix it. Worth every penny.

I used to be pretty proficient with Computers. But technology progressed faster than me. Hired "Fix My PC" to transfer my files from my old computer to a new one. After leaving the computers for service, they called and suggested I "update" my brand new computer for $69. Fine. After picking up my computers, I discovered that my old computer would no longer turn on.

I returned to the shop to have my computer looked at. The Technician was able to evaluate and repair a loose wire from the previous Service request. So. Thanks for diagnosing the issue with the loose wire, (poor prior service with the previous work order), and returning my old computer in it's original state!

These guys were courteous competent and prompt. Our hard drive was broken and they replaced it with an upgraded one and it worked out.

These guys are the best! I was in a desperate situation after my cup of coffee spilled on my laptop and it was dead. In the middle of a huge project, they were actually able to save the hard drive, and sell me a refurbished all-in-one. It was door-to-door service by the technician several times. I couldn't be more grateful!

All around excellent company. I was always informed as to what the status of my PC repair was and it was fixed promptly. This company went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

Using the internet and self help tools from Dell, I had self diagnosed that the problem was a motherboard failure. I told that to the tech, and indicated that I would have the motherboard repaired if the costs weren't too high. Was advised that I had a top end chip (i7) and it would be worth fixing. A few hours later they confirmed the motherboard was bad but said that it would cost $500 for a new board plus $179 labor, more than a cost of a new PC. So, I wasted $40.

So I'm in orlando visiting my sister and dropped my phone in the toilet (iphone5) I hesitated a few seconds because well, it's in the toilet. It shut down and didn't turn back on :/ I immediately put it in a bag of rice (lol that doesn't work btw, but I was desperate and hopeful) I then posted my situation on Facebook and received a few recommendations.

Fix my PC store was mentioned by a friend several times. I still had a whole day in otown and could not wait to get back to s. Fla to get it fixed. I called the store and spoke to them about my precious phone that I was without now and they assured me they would do their best to get it to turn back on. At the time I lived in Coral Springs and well was kind of dreading the fact that I had to drive to west palm ( it's not that far I know but still ). Needless to say I made the drive and it was well worth it.

I was greeted right away and everyone was very friendly and professional. I left the phone and a few days later, I got the best news ever! My phone was back on and ready to be used! Prices are reasonable, service is great! I definitely recommend that everyone check them out! No matter how far or close you live!

I have definitely had my fair share of PC repair store horror stories and this is the best experience I've had at PC repair store, by far. They helped me remotely configure my MacBook Pro to run windows 7 virtually. Excellent support! I highly recommend!

I brought my Asus k53s in to Brian and Andrew about 6 months ago when i first moved back to Florida because it needed to have the power jack resoldered onto the mainboard. I'm no slouch when it comes to fixing my own computers, but years of amphetamine use has left me with an inability to hold my hands steady enough to solder. I called around to quite a few local and corporate pc repair stores, (ubreakifix, nettechconnect, geeksquad) and they all wanted exorbitant fees plus parts. Dont ask me how a 6 dollar component suddenly costs $50 from geeksquad, but it does. At any rate, Fixmypcstores prices were fair, and the work was quality and done properly the first time. I would happily bring any pc with an issue to them.
