My phone was cracked on the back and on the front with glass chipping off of it. Replacing it at my carrier's store was the option that I considered first, but the amount I would get for turning in the two year old model was negligible compared to the amount that the newest model of my phone plus a data storage subscription plus a new case (gotta have these). etc.

I had to repair my phone, replacing was going to cost too much. Cell Phone Repair, Rogers, AR. Repaired my busted case & busted screen cellphone. The glass that protects the camera's lens was returned to me spotless. The people working at CPR helped me select a case that works with my style. It added up to a lot of work, and they did a professional job. My phone is almost mint now.

5 stars across the board w/ flying colors, Chris was great, he got my ps4 pro up and running within a couple of hours. The hardware drive 1 tb was shot and needed to be replaced with minor cleaning. I fully recommend this place and see Chris for gaming consoles if yours is shot.

Were able to do exactly what was asked of them in a timely manner and for less than I thought it would cost. Will definitely go back in the future if I ever need assistance with repairing an iPhone.

Never actually used this place to perform any service. They were one of the first calls I made for an estimate. There price was $290.00. I called a couple other companies in the area and they were all less. I chose Scott from Icracked in Oceanport because his price was half of $290.00 and he has impeccable reviews (all 5-stars). I had initially left a 1-star review for this company but the owner of the business called me after reading my review and was extremely angry.

He was saying "Why did you leave me a 1-star review when you didn't even use my company." I explained to him it was because of the absurdly high price. He went on and on about how he uses quality parts and that could justify the difference in price. He was extremely unprofessional and when reading through some other poor reviews I also noticed someone else left a 1-star review based off the fact they spent $300 dollars for a new screen when they could have just bough a new phone.

I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 since I didn't actually use this business. Others have noted that they are unprofessional, arrogant, and "condescending" which was my exact experience with them over the phone. Actually, the word "condescending" comes up a couple times in other reviews. If the owner would have called me and and asked in a professional and more considerate tone to remove my review I would have considered.

Instead he called sounding very angry on why I left a bad review. He made it seem like the only way I am allowed to leave a review is if I first paid the insane amount of $300 to have my phone repaired and then I'm entitled to leave a review.

I do not recommend this business. Would not give me a refund for inconvenience on a battery and a charging port that they screwed up on for a complete month and I had to buy a new phone and they failed to tell me that they put an aftermarket battery in my iPhone and then The manager had the nerve to tell me that he would not give me a any refund and there was nothing that he could do for me so I Will never use this company ever again and I recommend that no one else does either

I was very pleased with my experience. Chris was very informative, honest and nice. He explained what needed to be done with my iPad and gave me the cost of all possibilities.

Took my ps4 there with a software complication. They explained that they would check out the situation. Four hours later I got a call saying it was done. These guys are great. I recommend this company for cellphones and game systems!

I needed the shattered screen replaced on my iPhone8. It turned out to be a great experience going to CPR Cell Phone Repair. Great Covid 19 protocols are in place w/only one person in the store at a time and wearing a mask. I was told it would be ready in one hour and when i returned in one hour the repair was completed and I couldn't be more pleased. No hesitation whatsoever giving a 5 Star Review!

Fyi! Do not go here if your screen is cracked. I brought my Google pixel here to get fixed (first time my fault). They replaced the screen knowing that it would break again and didn't inform me (they said its a known issue). Within DAYS the screen broke again with literally a fumble on the counter. Fixed it again as they wouldn't warranty it. Within another month the screen broke AGAIN!

And they again wouldn't warranty it. This is all while being in an OTTERBOX. Im $500+ in and still have a broken phone. I'm mainly mad that they didn't tell me this would continue to happen. Just wanting to warn you so your not Jerked around like I was!

I visited CPR for my first time today for a cracked phone screen. Craig (I think that's his name, sorry) who helped me today was super nice, honest and turn around time was outstanding. My phone looks brand new. Great job! Thanks guys! See you in a couple of days with my grandsons phone.

I brought in an iPhone 6 that needed a new screen and it was ready in 10 minutes! Chris the representative was a very helpful and friendly!

These guys were great and very polite. I had a totally blank screen and they figured out how to get all the data off the defective phone and onto a new one very quickly.

Got my cellphone repaired. was told my phone was good. they did not put my Sim card back when I was told it was in there. not impressed.

They are AMAZING. The holy grail of cell phone repair. I dropped my phone in a jacuzzi and as you can imagine, I thought I had lost everything in the phone. NOPE! They performed a miracle and were able to completely fix and restore my phone days after it had been dropped in the water! They even backed up all of my data for me. Amazing customer service and professionalism.

I tried to replace my battery on my own. Not a good idea. Brought it here and they undid my error at no charge.

After completely shattering my Apple Watch I was not optimistic that it could be repaired. I was surprised to hear it could be fixed. They did a wonderful job and so far it is working great! Was definitely worth it!

I was so impressed with this place. I took my child's phone in because it wouldn't charge. It actually was just some lint in the charge port. They cleaned it out and charged it aardvark didn't charge anything for their time.

Thanks to CPR Cell Phone Repair today on Meadowood Drive in Winnipeg. They did a nice job or replacing my iPhone 6 screen for $99.00 and tax. My screen was shattered. They also have nice add-ons.

Had an issue with a laptop keyboard. CPR replaced it quickly & at a more that reasonable price. Very happy with the service & I would highly recommend them for service & repairs.

Unfortunate that management doesn't communicate with staff or acknowledge client relations. FREE ESTIMATES is not accurate and for a communications store, they have failed. Took my funds, didn't fix my Wii and called it a labour charge. Very distrustful. Sent a letter to franchisee and received no response. Reputation is not well received on social media and my fault for not checking closer. $50+ lesson learned.

I've tried on three separate occasions to have my iPad repaired and have only managed to get the run around. "No, the part is not in. It's on order." They took my name and phone number - they would call, they did not. I called and was assured the part was in. Brought my iPad in, "They used the last part just this morning!" And their solution? Take my number and call me when the part is in. No thank you.

My wife's phone with photos of our newborn broke and Verizon told me they could not get the photos off then phone. They did it for less than 75 dollars. Awesome place. Good to support a local business.

First and foremost I have to apologize. If any saw the first review I gave it was due to being frustrated and upset as I didn't get my Xbox fixed. I took it back this morning and explained what happened. Tested it there and it was exactly how I described. Carl made the fix on the spot. It was smooth and easy going and took less than expected. I was worried it would need to wait awhile longer in the shop. The quick fix and friendly service was appreciated. I also told Carl I would return as my 360 is also having a bit of a struggle haha

Disappointed. I got the same spiel as another reviewer. when i cracked my screen and brought it in to them, I got the "pay an extra 35$ to get the shatter proof screen, so if you crack the screen again they would fix it for free". They even had a hammer and cell phone to test it on. I even threw my iPad on the ground the moment I got home and. had to go back as I cracked the screen again.

The guy looked at me and said it was a good thing you got the screen protector. The only thing that was shattered was the screen protector and they applied a new one right away. 3 months later my kids had the iPad on the couch and it fell to floor. Took it in again a few weeks ago and this time it.

Overall great experience! I was in and out with iPhone screen repair in 35 minutes. Both guys helping me were both very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

Customer service is HORRIBLE! Actually I truly believe it is nonexistent. I've tried them two different times (a year apart). The first time I let myself give them slack. They had not been open very long and it was around Christmas time. The second time, (again a year later) still no improvement. :( So disappointing.

Absolutely first class team. They replaced my iPhone 6 screen and I went with black vs white because that's all they had in stock at the time. I immediately realized I hated it and wanted white - they said no problem and called when white was in stock and replaced for free. About a month later something odd was going on with camera, brought it back thinking they likely wouldn't help. And they were once again sooo nice and helpful. Absolutely amazing. A++ customer service.

I took in a cracked iPhone 5 that my son wanted to buy for his birthday, and Marshal took me at 6:55 (5 mins before closing) and fixed it even though it made him stay after hours. It MADE his birthday to have it on his birthday morning in spite of his mother's procrastination! I also left an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen and LCD, which I didn't know could be fixed, and he fixed it in less than 24 hours.

We also bought a tempered glass screen protector too. Very fair prices and good discounts on extra products! Then I left another iPhone 5 of my daughter's that has a bent frame for them to repair. I'm so grateful for great, polite, and professional service. Thanks Marshal and The Phone Guys!

This place is a clown show - damaged phone while replacing screen on iPhone6 - everybody's fault but their own - waiting on Apple, blah, blah, blah. - customer service is non existent!
