My firm has been working with George and GMS Lazer works for over 20 years. We are a CPA firm and tend to work 7 days a week during our busy tax season. Around 1990, we were working on a Sunday and our printer jammed. No matter what we did, nothing worked. I looked in the yellow pages and the only person that answered my call was George (at that time he was working out of the garage at his home). He came to our office, fixed our printer and the rest, as they say, is history. We get calls from people to buy their toners and that they will match whatever price we pay and I always tell them that I've been using the same company for over 20 years and I'm not changing. You know, sometimes it's not about the money. George and his staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
