I am so impressed with the level of service and know how when it comes to Hot Link Data. I am not "electronically inclined" as some would say, so when I started having problems with my computers I was left with uneasiness and apprehension of looking for an affordable place to seek out help. When I was referred by a friend to try Hot Link Data I immediately set up an appointment.

When Russ came to my house I was nervous at first because I had no idea what the problem was or even how to communicate it him. So he took time with me to explain his process and made me feel completely comfortable to ask questions. I have been a Hot Link Data customer for over 7 years, and have had two computers and two smart phones during this time. They were able to keep my old Windows PC alive for many years, but when it finally died, they helped me set up an iMac that was given to me by a friend. Krystal has been an amazing help getting me set up and keeping me running. My most recent service call with them was getting help setting up a wireless router and a new iPhone so I could Facetime with my grandkids.

I'm pretty computer savvy, but when I bought this new Windows 8 machine and needed all of my information moved over from my old computer, I was pretty clueless. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and explained their straight forward hourly charges. They gave me a 2 hour window of when the technician would arrive, and that they would call to let me know they were on the way.

Low and behold, I got a phone call from them during the window as promised. The technician made quick work of moving over all of my files and setting up my new Windows. He even made Windows 8 look much more like my older Windows so everything made more sense. Two thumbs up for Hot Link Data!
