Critical: Professionalism May have stolen something from my laptop because when I checked the inside of my laptop he switched the ram/memory with a cheaper and weaker version.

OMG! Very Happy! David is very trustworthy and offers top notch customer service! I'm telling all my friends and family to come here. David sold me an excellent quality computer at a reasonable price. He answered any and all questions I had about it. David even helped me to upload programs onto the computer. He really went the extra mile!

I needed help because I had taken my computer Best Buy due to problems with my keyboard. When I got home I soon realized I didn't know where all the lines plugged in. I called HQ and they sent someone out within a few hours. A verynice tech person who fixed my problem.

Critical: Professionalism DISHONEST! I brought my PS4 to be fixed. He charged me $90.00 because of "SOFTWARE ISSUES" hooked it up at home same problem showing no signal. Come to find out it was my TV that DIDN'T work. Bought another TV & sure enough it worked. DISHONEST!

I brought in my MSI GE66 Raider 10SGS gaming laptop and he was able to identify the problem with the charging cable and fix it without needing to buy any parts and the charging cable still works which saves me money. He's definitely a wizard; my only complaint would be that he keeps irregular hours but this is fully understandable if it's because of covid-19.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I paid $100 to fix my screen, and I got a super bad quality screen with a huge blue sigh. They want me to pay $45 to replace another same quality screen. Don't ever go there!

Do not go here i got my phone fixed here and they gave me one with a blue reflective screen and told me to pay an extra $100 and they broke my phone even more they absolutely suck at this job and if you need to fix your stuff definetly go somewhere else because it is ten times cheaper someplace else and others unlike this place do it right and have the right materials

I'm very pleased with David's service and work in repairing my cell phone screen. I was not expecting it but he also repaired my fingerprint sensor and had it ready the same day. David is very kind, honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Got my iPhone 7 Plus fixed yesterday for a really good price thanks to the guy for the price. He put the original iPhone 7 screen glass on. I recommend people to go here to get what ever they need fixed or if they want to buy electronic stuff. He has great energy and his prices are very good. I feel comfortable at his store and I recommend to everyone.

What ever you need he got you. Highly recommend. My screen was double the price but he actually gave me a really good price and that shows the level of comment to build his business. Also thanks to him for sharing his great advice

He repaired my laptop power port without having to replace it and informed me on how to keep from breaking it again. He was friendly and helpful. I can't recommend highly enough. He saved me while I was on a road trip from Idaho.

This is my fourth time being in this place and my experience was great. I went to fix one of my computers and the service was so quick, honestly the owner has a lot of knowledge in the Macs and the prices are very good. he always try to work so fast and give a lot of information about what causes the problem to avoiding to happen again. I truly recommend you to go if you have a problem with your computer and you can trust because they know how to fix any problem!

I would always have to call to see if my laptop was ready. Was able to fix the keys to later find out the space bar didn't work. Went back and he couldn't fix now a day later and my whole laptop crashes! To repair is more than $300. What a waste of $60 regret it entirely

SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE! My pc is happy and humming along better than ever. My pc NOT shutdown. I didn't have the time or energy to deal with it. I didn't want to go to the big box store, it would take "up to a week or more, we're kinda busy" they said plus I like supporting local businesses. I called, went to, and checked out 3 places - NO one available on Friday at 11am? Advertise all you want - but SHOW UP AND BE OPEN!

I was shocked when I was told it would be fixed in 'about 4 hours' Not couple of days, a week or longer, HOURS! I'm a caregiver for my 85 year old mother and my time away to do such tasks are limited and valuable. It means a lot to me to 1) Get quick PROFESSIONAL service and 2) Fit my schedule. In my previous career I was a consultant for computer operations in mainframe banking. I would hire this business in a heartbeat to handle ANY pc needs. I noticed they work on TVs/flat screens and phones too. Thanks for a great job.

This hooked me up. Fixed my laptop and then sold it for me. I have know david for 3yrs. And he s always solve my tech problems. TV.cpu. Cellular. U name it. He will fix it. Doesnt fix blenders or toasters.lol As far as cost. He s competitive. So. Anyone With tech problems. Should look him up.

David fixed my computer FOR FREE. A minor hardware tweak was all that was needed. He was very kind, and informative. It would have cost me $200 for me to take it anywhere just for them to look at it. Highly highly recommend. Call before, not open 24 hours.

Called about a month ago to get a MacBook Pro fixed. Quoted at $65. Already had the part. Most places that I called quoted me at this price but this place is closest to me. Called yesterday to confirm (finally saved up the cash) and the quote was raised by $20. I mentioned this to David - and he said he couldn't possibly have quoted me so low. EXCEPT, he did.

He has a very (nice) distinct accent so it's fairly easy to recall that he was the person I spoke too AND I happened to write it down along with the address. Went elsewhere (Alien's Repair Shop in Old Town La Puente) for $60 - a quote that didn't change a month later.

Stay away from this place unless you got cash. Told me to come by sameday repair for my laptop. It was fixed to perfection don't get me wrong. However I go to pay which he clarified on the phone that I could pay via credit card. His machine wasn't working all of a sudden when I showed up. He refused to meet me in between and make things right and even had an attitude.

Finally I had to get really stearn and I gave him an ultimatum. I said I'd pay him his cash but fifty dollars less. I'm a college student. I needed my credit to pay for this because I didn't have cash. He said come by the next day to pay card next day the machine was still broken. He's a crook and shady as hell. Pass this place up there's some better computer repair shops near by. Old town la puente has atleast three.

Great service. I wanted to fix my iPhone screen and it took a couple of hours, paid and that's it. Easy affordable and more than anything friendly!

This is probably the worst place I could of ever taken my computer for repair. He had my computer for about two weeks and didn't even order the part. He wouldn't return calls and didn't follow his hours of operation either. Very unprofessional. I went to another place and apparently the computer came out with more damage than when I brought it to this place! Don't waste your time with this place
