After my gaming computer started giving me some problems. I took it in to be repaired and had a great experience concidering the problems I was having. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me diagnose and correct the problem. They even swapped out parts for me in an effort to fix the issue. I wasn't charged for these parts as they weren't needed.

I ended up upgrading my entire computer and they helped me through the whole process. From choosing parts and having them installed Laser Xpress went above and beyond for me. The build ended up looking great, I was very impressed with how it all turned out.

I am a former employee and can not speak higher about this company and management. I was not able to stay long as an employee as we moved to Boise. However while I was there I saw the team bend over backwards to work with customers. Unlike another review I read their customer service is amazing with a great office staff. They have supper knowledgeable Techs both on the Printer and Computer repair. You can trust that when you take a computer or printer they will treat you right. They are so good I would drive from Boise to have something repaired.
