All repairs come with a 30 day labor warranty. If your computer breaks down with the same problem within 30 days of the repair, we will fix it free of any labor charge. Any warranty work or repairs must be diagnosed and performed by Mike's Computer Repair or the warranty is void. No warranty for virus or spyware infections. Parts used for repairs, or any equipment sold to you are subject to the manufacturer's warranty only. Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts or equipment that you purchase. All sales are final, no cash refunds. If you are not 100% delighted with any of our services, Mike's Computer Repair will do everything reasonable to resolve the problem for you.

Laser Printers

A laser printer rapidly produces high quality text and graphics. They are available in black only or the color variety. The image is produced by the direct scanning of a laser beam across the printer's photoreceptor. They are capable of printing a high number of pages per minute. When the paper comes out, the toner is permanently dried and can be handled immediately.
The toner does not "dry out" like ink jet printer ink does. Color laser printers use colored toner (dry ink), typically cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (CMYK). I have laser printers in stock. Call me for price and availability.

You can drop off your computer, all I usually need is the "box". I usually do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords. For laptop repairs, please also bring the power cord. I will diagnose it, then call you with the estimate. Most repairs are complete in 2-4 business days or less. By appointment only.
