Best IT Provider in Louisville, the atmosphere is completely unique and amazing, the staff are all excellent, and the technical support they provide is top notch!

IT Managed Service Providers seem to be popping up all over Louisville, we have been with a few and they always seem to do well in one area but fall short in others. We've been working with Mirazon for about a year now and I've got to say, we haven't found anything we don't like about them. Their staff seem to be very knowledgeable, they're friendly, professional, and most importantly, they're honest! Thank you to everyone at Mirazon for everything you do!

We've used several Managed Service providers in Louisville but Mirazon definitely takes the cake! They're quick to answer the phone, they always answer tickets in a timely manner and everyone there is so professional and nice. They're easily the best IT provider Louisville has.

Amazing company to work with. When you work with Mirazon, you get a real partner. Mirazon sells us hardware, they consult for network engineering, and act as a final defense for IT emergencies. We most recently noticed that we were getting several AD accounts lock out. Accounts that were not normally in use. We immediately involved Mirazon and they had 4 security specialists on conference call with us and they stayed with us until we figured out a computer contained malware 4 hours later and was attempting to gain access to our network.

Those specialists separated our backups from the network immediately just in case and proceeded to find the problem. After the emergency was over, Mirazon started an External Vulnerability scan to block off future vulnerabilities. We have a 4 person staff and would need to triple our IT team if we didn't have Mirazon on our side. Mirazon is a solid organization and they are trustworthy. Hands down worth a shot if you're in the market for IT support of any kind.

Top notch IT service and support! We've trusted them with all of our major upgrades for years and have never been disappointed. They are always looking to find the solution that will work best for you, not what's most expensive or best sponsored, which is great when you're a non-profit with a limited budget. They are also great to deal with for smaller jobs and support for limited in-house IT staff. I've always felt valued and heard as a customer and love knowing no matter what comes up I've got talented, knowledgeable people to reach out to!
