My aim is to help my customers make informed decisions. With the Computer Diagnosis service you can bring that technological terror you call a computer into my office and show me what kind of problems you are having. I will take the computer, perform diagnostic steps to assess what your computer problems are, and provide advice on how to proceed.

I provide a wide range of PC repair services. From hardware failures and error messages, to slow computers and freezing desktops, whatever your problems are I can help you solve them. If you only want me to fix specific issues, I can do that. If you want me to fix everything, I can do that too. Either way, you are getting quality service at an affordable price.

If you need your data backed up, such as profile pictures, documents, music, videos, and other personal and business files and folders, I can help. I will backup the data files you specify before I perform an upgrade or clean install. Prior to starting MyPC Solutions, Joseph started his career in 1996 by enlisting in the U.S. Army as a Radio Operator assigned to 362nd Signal Company in Yongsan, Korea (1996 2001). Recognizing that technology was the field to be in, Joseph (SGT Butler) changed his military occupational specialty (MOS) to become an Information Technology (IT) Specialist and was subsequently assigned to the 504th Signal Battalion based out of Fort Huachuca, AZ, deploying to locations such as Jordan and Afghanistan (2000 2005). In 2005, Joseph was Honorably Discharged from the Army and began working as a contractor for the Department of Defense supporting and deploying with military units such as the XVIII Airborne Corps and the 82nd Airborne Division (2005 2007). Later, Joseph would move Colorado Springs, CO providing direct services support on Fort Carson as well as U.S Northern Command (NORTHCOM) on Peterson Air Force Base. Joseph holds multiple industry certifications such as MCP, A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL v3, and Certified Knowledge Manager.
