I love this place! I had a computer issue and they fixed it expediently and at a price that honestly surprised me (in a good way). This is my future store for all my computer repair needs.

These guys are awesome! I came in because I had a problem with my wifi adapter on my work laptop. I could not get a wireless connection. They knew I needed it done sooner than later. Even though they were super busy they immediately helped diagnose, trouble shoot and fix it. True professionals and I will be coming back for all my computer related needs. HIGHLY recommend.

My computer crashed. Tony download everything to my new computer. Today new problem Could not send Email out from my Quick Books. Tony found out Google Chrome dose not allow a connection from my Email to Quick Books. Took Tony 15 minutes to set me up different way to make it work. Great job Tony Thanks

Dropped off my deskstop because I was getting an error with my hard drive. Ivan helped me out and tried to fix the current Hard Drive but it was faulty and had to put and install a new one. Ivan added a new hard drive and install the windows 10 and got my computer working again. Luckily most of my stuff was in the cloud/ steam cloud. Ivan got my computer fix and running in less than an hour ish. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and to everyone. Thanks.

I am so impressed with Tony and the work they do. I dumped a substantial yeti-sized water bottle on my husband's laptop and shut him down. We were in dire straights because he has a trial coming up, and we were set to fly out of town early in the morning. Tony was AMAZING! He was able to clone the hard drive of the dead laptop and set up new system. He had us up and running in a matter of 2 hours. AMAZING. The new laptop is working fabulously. I highly recommend this solid professional. Bravo.

I explained my issue and he went right to work to confirm the issue I was having with my laptop. I'm not the most computer savvy client and he made me understand my best option to fix the issue, without using "tech" speak to explain. Thanks again, I really appreciate the time you took.

I brought my laptop here last year. It was from 2015 and still running on Windows 7 (LOL!) but I was glad to find Tony and he was able to make it run like it is new! His price is very reasonable and definitely worth not buying a new one! Just this week, I called him to inquire how much it would cost to help me install Microsoft Office as I was having trouble doing it myself.

I appreciate that he didn't encourage me to bring it and pay his rate just to do an install. Others would have probably taken the job just to make money off of me. :) He advised me over the phone and also sent a follow up thru Yelp's messaging, and I was finally able to install Office successfully. I would definitely go back to Tony for any computer needs. We need more business like this who is honest to their customers!

Very quick, very friendly. Tony was able to resolve a frequent blue screen issue with my custom PC rig in about 90 minutes. I would absolutely recommend to anyone with PC repair needs.

Tony & the guys that work there are simply the best! My wife and I walked in there with a messed up computer. We sat down at their nice comfortable PC bar and they took care of all of our computer problems in less than 30 minutes while we waited! Very friendly, personable guys who definitely know their stuff, treat you great and have super reasonable prices!

Great service like this is rarity these days! They told us that they even have a remote repair service available. If you want them to log on to your computer from a different location like from your home office for instance you just call them up and they can instruct you how to log onto this secure site where it gives them temporary access to your computer from miles away so they can fix it remotely. I took my dying laptop in for data recovery. Tony was able to pull my data off onto an external drive quickly. He was very friendly and responsive. I would absolutely recommend PC Parlor for your PC repair needs.

I brought my desktop pc here before the shop closes and true enough Tony was very accommodating. He quickly diagnosed my pc and I even told him if we can avoid not to do a fresh installation of Windows 10. I leave the PC with him thinking it might be ready in a few days but within minutes he called me back and informed me that it's OK now and I can bring it home. Tony saves my pc again. I highly recommend PC Parlor they deliver excellent service and very reasonable.

I brought an older HP laptop with broken hinges and a broken cooling fan in and with quick responses and polite service, they were able to restore the laptop back to working order, repair was fantastic. Great communication and quality work, definitely recommend.

Used their services on several occasions. PC and Mac. Highly knowledgeable staff. Friendly, prompt, competent. Reasonable pricing. They have in-home/office services if needed.

My PC was overheating and after doing all of my own diagnostics I knew that it had to be the liquid cooling pump that had broken. Now I had to have called at least 8 of the shops in the South Bay and Long Beach area, and every single one of them wanted to charge me to run their own diagnostics and then the labor on top of it. Why would you want to pay someone when you know exactly what the problem was?!

Plus almost every shop said it would take multiple days with diagnosis and then labor. Thankfully I found PC Parlor because Tony was awesome I brought in my PC and new pump and he finished it up in an hour. Plus he added the extra fans I had from the old and new coolers for better air circulation without me asking! No extra fees, no long wait time, no nonsense.

I waited 6 months to make sure there were no issues and this is the only review I've ever done PC Parlor and Tony deserve it. I'll def come back if I ever decide to make and changes or upgrades to my PC!

I can't over emphasize the satisfaction obtained from PC Parlor. I brought my slow running, risk laden desktop for assessment and tuneup and all the needed repairs were completed in the same day. Tony treated me professionally, explaining what was needed respectfully without talking down to me. He and Ivan were patient and quite competent. Recommendations were given as to how to maximize performance. My desktop now runs smoothly and faster than ever. Had my PC built here in 2018. Then the CPU cooler failed, so they installed the one I bought and did multiple diagnostics before calling me to make sure it was working. Only charged me for the initial diagnosis as well. Insanely happy withy service.
