My experience with PC Steven was great. I was referred by a friend who also had a good experience with Steven. I had multiple issues needing professional attention on my laptop. My friend gave me Steven's name on Monday. I called Monday night. Steven was very attentive on the phone, and brief, proving his knowledge and skill right off the bat. I dropped my computer off to get repaired on Tuesday afternoon and I was called by Steven to pick up my repaired laptop early Wednesday morning.

The entire process was expedient, pleasant and complete. Steven even went above and beyond what I had asked him to do at no extra charge. I am very pleased and will definitely be using his services again for any of my computer repair needs.

As a gaming enthusiast, a friend of mine went here against my recommendation and paid the price for it. This man charged him something like $180 to install an out of date HDD in his PC. The thing is he didn't even take the 2 seconds to install it properly, meaning just screwing it into the bay. This is something that could have damaged the drive beyond repair, and upon confrontation, "Steven", became very rude, even threatening mine and my friends family's. This guy is absolutely absurd and lazy, do the repair yourself for go somewhere that has trust worthy people.
