Update2/21/22: When I bought this computer I was told I had a two year warranty. Approximately a week before Christmas I noticed one case fan failed completely and another the RGB was randomly turning it self on and off. No big deal it's under warranty or so I thought at time. The employee I dealt with was professional enough, he then checked it out said it was covered but they didn't have fans in stock ands he needed to order them.

He then warned he "Didn't know how long it would take to get these parts, " no biggie it's Christmas time I get it. Proceeded to bad mouth the guy who built my computer. Took my info ordered my parts (or so he said) told me it would be a week or two and said they would call me when I could drop it back off. After not hearing for two months I called a week ago and asked about the fans, the same employee from before answered the phone.

I believe he said his name is Mike. I then got about fives minutes of him throwing everyone else but himself under the bus and telling me how they cant get the fans anymore. He then told me they had to order them again after he told me they can no longer get them. Whatever the deal is I will be surprised if he calls me back. The fans in question are Thermal-take pure duo 140 argb for the record. I will update this review if it ever gets fixed. Super disappointed.

I was so pleased with the way Mike in the service department went out of his way to accomplish an upgrade on my old system. He also took time to help me when I called in later about an app that I was trying to download. I had just called to ask if he knew of anyone who could give me a little instruction. He took the time to help and he solved my issue very quickly.

Took my laptop there because it was shutting down on me every time I try to use it. The next day, I got an email from the service manager, letting me know my laptop can't be fixed, that preferably I should buy another one. The email stated that it will cost me $35 for the diagnostic that they sale refurbished laptops as well as new laptops. The same day, I replied back to ask the price for data transfer if I bring in my own laptop.

The next day, the service manager emailed me again to let me know that it's possible to transfer the data and along with the diagnostic will cost $50. Great I agree. 10 days later, I received an email from a different person. The service Technician. He said to me that the data transfer is complete and my hard drive and laptop are ready for pick up that the total cost for all service will now cost $85. Told him about the email I got from the service manager and showed it to him. 1) He said that person doesn't work there anymore 2) that the price he gave me was wrong.

He then agreed for me to pay $65. Could it be a mistake, I don't know. Just make sure you get everything in writing or recorded cause the script might change on you. One thing I know It was very inconvenient and won't go back even if service is for free due to lack of transparency.

This was my first visit to a computer repair shop. I would highly recommend this repair shop. Prices are reasonable. Brandon, who was my repair mechanic was excellent. Great information from him

RJM is a really good place, a few years ago they helped me out with a hard drive replacement or, looking for a replacement. One thing I liked about them is their selection in computer hardware and their computer refurbishing.

Quick response to email about PC issues. They were able to diagnose the 2 concerns that I had right away and kept me updated on parts and progress frequently. They were able to easily fix an issue that another local company had tried to fix unsuccessfully twice. Fantastic work and communication with the customer. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Super knowledgeable, have a decent selection of products, good prices, and all the connections you could possibly need. If they don't have it they can get it pretty quick (aside from low product availability due to current manufacturing issues that are out of their hands). Before ordering online pay these guys a visit. Support your brick and mortar business so that they can continue to be there when we need them!

Very disappointed in the poor customer service. Will not do business there ever again. Edit: I did not have a hard drive (per their response). My husband and I were shopping for a new computer system. We were prepared to drop a lot of money. The two employees we dealt with were inconsiderate and frankly, quite rude, not only to us but also to another customer.

We witnessed the interaction with the other customer. Very unprofessional and I am not sure how they are staying in business. We like to shop local but would rather go to a box like Best Buy than deal with them again.

I bought a computer from RJM through Tyler. He helped me pick just what I needed and then came and did the install and data transfer for me. I anticipated a nightmare, because that is what every new computer experience has been in the past. He was in and out in just a couple hours with everything tested and working perfectly. Would highly recommend him and RJM.

I have had bad service before but this place definitely ranks the top with sheer disinterest in serving customers. From the employee who doesn't want to help, answer questions, and doesn't want to find the answer on their own product. All I wanted was to buy a of fan. It said it had LEDs and I asked what color it was. " No idea" was the response.

Can we check what it is "Nope". Do you happen to have any that are blue? "I don't know, you'd have to look". It really wasn't a hard question. Guess I'll buy one on Amazon where items actually have a description.

I have purchased items from this place on a few different occasions. They have always had the hard-to-find items always in stock and while a few extra bucks more than online the fact I can pick up what I need right away is worth it! Every time I've asked someone there a question, either regarding a product or issue, they've been spot on with knowledgeable advice--compare that to big box stores and you'll get a deer in the headlight look in response. I highly recommend this place for PC repair and when you need quality hardware in a jiffy.

You're not gonna find places like this anymore for hobby enthusiasts of the techies who want to DIY. Prices are not cheap, but the staff is helpful and really know their field. It's good to see places like this still in business!

Ryan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, the customer service was second-to-none. He saved me a ton of time and money. I would have been wandering aimlessly through Amazon or Staples and probably bought a power cord that would have fried my hardware. These guys know what they're talking about! And I picked up a new keyboard for less than I would have spent anywhere else. The employee was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with service on my laptop. Fixed my issue in a matter of minutes, and their prices are great. I will be going to this shop for all of my future computer needs.

I needed help with a SATA drive. I called around for prices. They said its a simple fix. They did not even charge me. I tipped the service tech anyway. I will be going back to them for hardware issues. They also have a nice used equipment for a buck or few shelf when you need old connectors, cases, .

Referred by BSU University to this amazing computer store for a flash drive emergency. They were able to assist me with my issue first thing in the morning without issue. The gentleman who assisted me was very gracious and kind in helping me with my problem. I will TOTALLY be a return customer with any computer issues I have.

Terrible. Really takes all the joy out of a normally fun hobby. One time I asked if they had a certain type of screws I needed to mount a hard drive in a name brand PC. They said no without looking at what I had. I then asked if they had any used screws. No. I turned and looked at their giant repair shop full of old computer parts. You don't have any screws back there? No. My poor experiences go back to their earliest days.

I have come into this store for many years now for all my computer needs and now HAM needs too. The negative reviews on this site are malarkey if you ask me. Most of the poor reviews are of people no longer working there. There is nothing but a friendly greeting and willingness to help individuals that are willing to listen to their expertise. These people are going to give you the straight up truth and not sell you something you don't need.

There has been many of a time that they have saved my rear on bonehead mistakes. They informed me it was better to go to a newer system than sinking money into one of my two systems that I had them look over. The truth is what I get from them, when I was looking around for a new system I choose to shop local. I presented them an estimate from a competitor and the sales/tech informed me their competitor was using tech that was near two years behind what they use.

He told me that they try to carry the latest generation inventory that they can. He told me that when you buy local you are helping those individual in the store and when buyer's remorse happens or people trying to treat the product as a rental facility it affect all of them. Therefore, my advice is if you want honest and willingness to assist you, this is the place to come. In addition, my gaming rig is awesome could be none the better. It is freaking sweet. corei7, SSD, 16gb Ram, 980GTX. it is so awesome!
