I left my Mac pro for repair repair and he couldn't find out what the problem after a week of having my laptop on his hands. But now my computer makes a weird noise that wasn't there before and on top of that he still charge me a check up fee.

I have used RPR twice and both times it was excellent. He totally went through a poS ststem and got it running perfectly. Then my gaming laptop was infected with a virus that just shut me down. I brought it in and next day picked it up cleaned out and with Windows 10 installed for me. The owner explained details of viruses/cyber crime threats and was personable and professional. I recommend this business.
