Thank you Jacob Strandlien for fixing my computer. He handled hostage negotiations and 63 viruses and spyware have been eradicated and my computer was released w/out harm and is running so much better. I'll forever be a loyal customer to Savvy Duck Computers. Can't beat his prices either!

We had Jacob to our home today to help us with a number of computer problems. He helped and solved all our problems.He also installed a protective software that will save us money in the future. This was something we did not ask for nor had any knowledge. He also showed us how to download photos from our camera to our computer.

We also found that he can assist us with installation issues we may have with our TVs. We feel very fortunate to have found Jacob on Yelp. He is a real jewel and we would recommend him highly.
