I spent a lot of time researching the various computer repair companies in the Eugene/Springfield area. Because of all of Savvy Duck Computers's great reviews on Google and Yelp and reasonable prices, I decided to make an appointment. I'm glad I did. Jacob is great; he's very professional and friendly. If you're looking for someone to fix your computer, I highly recommend calling Jacob first.

We had Jacob to our home today to help us with a number of computer problems. He helped and solved all our problems.He also installed a protective software that will save us money in the future. This was something we did not ask for nor had any knowledge. He also showed us how to download photos from our camera to our computer. We also found that he can assist us with installation issues we may have with our TVs. We feel very fortunate to have found Jacob on Yelp. He is a real jewel and we would recommend him highly.
