We have made use of the skills of Roger and his staff at Sharp as a Tech for approximately the past 5 years. In that time, Roger has selflessly come to our aid with all of our computer issues, which has involved both software and hardware issues. Not only is Roger knowledgeable about the ins and outs of computers, he is also one of the most patient people we have ever encountered, especially with people who are not quite computer literate.

Our first experience with Roger related to a frozen computer that he removed from our home to trouble-shoot. Within days, he returned the unit to us and it worked beautifully. He has also assisted us in setting up new computers and laptops whenever we have needed help. Roger is very professional, easy to contact, and his immediate response to our concerns and issues are always quickly resolved.

If you ever need tech support for your computer, this is the company to call! They are knowledgeable, helpful and will remotely examine your computer and make necessary changes to help you run your system smoothly and efficiently. They are and have been my "go to" techs for at least 10 years, maybe longer. They also send occasional hints and recommendations as new software becomes available and whether or not you should download the new version now or wait for the kinks to be worked out. I can't say enough about Roger Landry and his company!!

The Congregational Church of Hollis (I am the office administrator) hired Sharp as a Tech when all five networked computers were having issues - failing to boot up after installing updates, losing internet connection, never receiving emails, opening in safe mode only. Roger from Sharp As a Tech came to the office, did a full assessment of the network, checked each computer and installed software to allow remote clean-up and repair.

He even took one particularly old and troubled computer back to his shop and breathed new life into it. Roger reconfigured email settings so all staff can now check email remotely or in the office, confident that no emails are being lost. The work performed by Sharp As a Tech was both quick and thorough, solving all the problems we'd posed. Roger was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to patiently explain each of the solutions he brought to our office computers.

I have already personally recommended Sharp as a Tech to many friends, and would highly recommend them to both individuals and small businesses for computer problems big or small.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Have used Sharp as a Tech for years and couldn't be more satisfied! There has been no, and I mean NO problem that they have not been able to solve. The remote connection is a God send for me since I also spend time in Florida. Just make a call or send an email and Sharp as a Tech is there. They are extremely competent and extremely fast as well as genuinely polite. Would recommend without reservation for any problem.

My experience with Sharp as a Tech, LLC has been the most helpful in problem solving. Such as tune ups, updating my files, getting rid of viruses. Getting in touch with Sharp as a Tech, LLC is very pleasant, accurate. Best part is when they are thru everything is running Great!

Have used Sharp as a Tech for several years to repair and maintain my computer. They have always provided excellent service in a very timely manner. When my computer got corrupted and would not boot I took it to a local shop. They took a week to do what they call fixed. The same problem came back in a few days. I called Sharp as a Tech. They picked up my computer fixed all the problems and returned to to me as good a new ASAP. I would recommend Sharp as a Tech to everyone.

Highly recommend this company for computer problems and questions. Roger is always prompt in answering my emails and when needed he is always out within a day. We have multiple locations and Sharp as a Tech is our go to company.
