The people here were quick to fix my MacPro; even though they had to order a new motherboard (or whatever it's called) They kept me informed about the process and time it will take to get the part and to repair my laptop. The price for the repair was reasonable and better than the competition. Although it took me a while to pay for everything, they did NOT hound me to make payments.

Every time I contacted them or called them, they were polite, chill, and professional. Come to these folks first bc it will save you time calling and visiting other companies to fix your computer. If they're your first stop, they'll be your last stop.

This place is great. Friendly staff very professional. Spirit of excellence. Very satisfied!

This place sucks.they leave a sign on their door saying "Be right back". I've been waiting an hour. How cheesy. don't do business with a company like this that keeps you hanging.

I just call and Chris answered the phone and he was super nice and very helpful. He answered my question about a computer cooling fan that I was going to use for another project that was not computer related. Thank you Chris!

Great hospitality and business! They completed my repair in less time than estimated and even more impressive, they quoted me accurately on the price! That's one thing no other place in the area can boast. I will be giving them my business from now on (although I'd prefer not to go back because it would mean I broke something again). Super fast response very affordable! Most others were quoting over a week to just diagnose my comp, they started an hour after I left and I had my computer back and running the next evening! Would recommend any one to go to Chris!

Courteous staff. My favorite is Curtis. They update you on the progress being made with your device's repair. I popped back in to ask a question after picking up my computer. No problem, they patiently helped me handle my challenge. Good place to get work done.

I needed to transfer all the data from a 17" MacBook Pro to a 15" MacBook Pro. This was a computer used for work so time was of the essence and attention to detail imperative. Curtis was great. I just had to take a moment to express my gratitude to the folks at Snappy Computer in Bartlett, Tn. I had a laptop computer that I believed was destined for the trash. I took the computer in to Brian and Curtis and they fixed it with very little cost. I was sure that I was going to pay a fortune. The staff at this wonderful place are as nice as can be and extremely knowledgeable in computer repair. I would recommend this place to anyone to handle there computer needs.

I have been utilizing Snappy Computers for approximately 2 years now. They are my go to business, for all my computer needs. Curtis & Brian are very knowledgeable and most helpful. If they can't help answer a question by phone they have a wonderful "Go To Assist" tool program that can usually get me out of a bind. Should I need to come in for serving, they always make me feel welcome.

My laptop literally broke(on a Sunday), I'm a business owner and having my computer in hand is very important, so after calling almost every repair shop in Memphis to no avail, I decided to wait on a little repair shop to open, that was located in the mall, just to be told, that they didn't repair computers. I HAD TEARS IN MY EYES and was prepared to just go and spend money(that I didn't have) on a new computer.

The rep in the mall, must of sensed my sadness and told me about a shop called "Snappy Computer" located in Bartlett. Discouraged, I asked him what time do they open tomorrow(which would have been Monday). His response, "they are open now. CALL THEM!" And the rest was history. These guys are superb! From the quality of service, excellent prices, professional atmosphere, and quick turnaround time.

They took care of ALL of my needs and in doing so, saved me TONS of money! They delivered beyond my expectations and they've earned my business forever. Brian was God-sent! I don't know what I would have done without him! Thank you Snappy Computers! You guys are AWESOME!
