Mr. Mazan has over 25 years of experience with information systems technology and business management. He has founded four successful companies and developed many highly successful managers. Mr. Mazan's entrepreneurial spirit began in 1986 when he co-founded GPC Systems in Vienna Virginia. He later founded Chesapeake Technology Group, The Server Company, and most recently SolutionWorx. Mr. Mazan adheres to the highest ethical standards and partners with like-minded companies.
Senior Systems Administrator
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Mr Johnson has almost 15 years of technical experience supporting small and large business, non-profit, government and military clients. His responsibilities include all aspects of hardware support and maintenance, and onsite and remote assistance of users. Mr Johnson is a Certified Microsoft Professional and holds many other certifications on various hardware platforms. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and bicycling, but not at the same time.
Customer Service Manager
Mr. Sparger has over 10 years of technology and customer service experience working with small businesses, nonprofit associations, and product distribution. He is the primary contact for managing client-business customer service issues and is responsible for coordinating field technician scheduling, help desk management, and product procurement. Mr. Sparger is currently in the process of completing several Microsoft certifications. Mr. Sparger lives with his wife and two daughters in Front Royal, Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys bird watching and archery.
Marketing/Messaging And Collaboration Manager
Mr. Cich has over 10 years of technology and marketing experience working with small businesses, nonprofit, associations, and Fortune 500 companies. He is responsible for directing and coordinating all marketing efforts of the company. Mr. Cich's technical responsibilities include working with clients to develop effective strategies to utilize technologies to streamline business processes and work collaboratively, allowing clients to accomplish more in less time. He also manages all internal and client messaging and collaboration server and environments. Mr. Cich holds IBM/Lotus Certifications and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with on concentration in marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania Mr. Cich lives with his wife, twin daughters and son in Ashburn, Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, skiing, fishing, hiking, and traveling.
