I use my computer to work from home, so it’s critical that I can access my files quickly and work on many different business applications efficiently throughout the day. Although my computer is fairly new, I noticed that even with our high-speed internet connection, things seemed to be taking longer and longer to open, save, and process. My husband brought my computer to Tech Solutions of Salem, and within a day, it had a brand new hard drive and was running as fast as ever. My files were all transferred to the new drive seamlessly, and most important, Jerry was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with!

Thank you so much for fixing my notebook. Thanks for cleaning it up and getting rid of all the junk that was hogging memory. Now I can finally watch videos on my computer and thanks to you I now have parental controls to keep my kids off the computer when I'm not home! It was so fast and easy too. I literally was sitting in my bed in my house in Chicago, while you remotely fiddled with my computer from your office in Salem, Mass. I was going to call Geek Squad, but I'm glad I called you first; you were even better-- faster and cheaper! Thanks again.
