Cool Guy, Great Service, Wonderful Experience. My computer crashed, hard. I was desperate so I called Notto. This was a Sunday morning and he dropped everything and had my computer rebuilt, upgraded and better than new and delivered to my door by Monday. What can I say. Notto came right over and removed 16 viruses that had taken over my computer for a very reasonable price, then helped me install some security software and change my settings so that I wouldn't be victimized again. All at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to my friends. If you are having issues give him a call he may save you the cost of buying a new computer!

I did not have the time, inclination, nor ability to shop for and set up a new computer, save files from my old computer, etc. After seeing all the five-star reviews for Technology Butler, I asked Notto to do it for me and, after ascertaining my needs (gaming plus everything else) he did everything much better than I ever could (from ordering the hardware to setting up the new system and scrubbing the old one) for less $$ than I had intended to spend buying direct.

I suspect he got a better computer than I would have chosen and my new monitor is awesome! He also taught me how to use my Blu Ray player while he was here! And since set up has helped me with other computer issues, etc. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

For some mysterious reason my computer mouse stopped working, and no matter what I did, I simply couldn't get it to work. I phoned Notto who fit me into his schedule same day, and was very happy with his service. He confirmed I was not an idiot and there was something more going on with my computer. After some diagnostic work, it was clear a new install of Windows was needed. Since I had my stuff backed up he was able to get me rolling again in not time and without issue. Highly recommend his service if you have a computer problem.

My experience with Notto Jensen was great, he fixed my computer which happened to be in a pretty bad condition. He made it fun and easy for me to understand what was going on, and what was not working. Using phrases and lingo to help me at a level for my understanding. Personally I had no idea that getting my computer fixed would be so entertaining and gripping. Thanks to him I have my computer back! I give him 4.5/5 stars and would recommend him to my friends.
