The guys who run/own this place are awesome. Knowledgeable and helpful, as well as personable. They know what they're doing and are happy to help you with it. They cleaned my computer of viruses recently, and in a reasonable time-frame. No BS nor broken promises. Matter of fact, they turned down more work/pay by recommending against my paying for a service that I thought I needed but did not. If you're military/law enforcement, they'll help you out with pricing, too. I didn't even ask for a discount, but the gentleman took a guess and cut me a break on pricing.
