I initially came in with a Macbook that was not turning on. Paid for a diagnostic to be ran only for the shop to call and say that the motherboard AND battery needed replacement and was trying to charge me $500. I took my Macbook for a second opinion and found out that neither of those parts needed replacement unless there was water damage involved.
There was no water damage. I also asked for the diagnostic report to prove that one was ran and never received report. UPDATE: The owner of the business personally reached out to me and made things right. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, Value This company is definitely one that tries to make extra money. It's like going to the car shop to have an oil change and they talk you into hundreds of dollars worth of other repairs that are not necessary. If you need a simple fix to your computer this is not the place to go. I would definitely shop around before choosing this place.

Great service! My fairly new MacBook Pro wouldn't turn on and had the "black screen of death" I was fairly desperate and considered paying another $2000 for a new one. I dropped off my computer Friday and by Tuesday it had been fully repaired and was extremely affordable! Would def use their service again!

Everyone here was great! Studying for a big test when my daughters managed to spill something all over my laptop, with all my notes saved on it. I was panicking, but thankfully Tech Support got right on it and not only transferred all my old files over to a new laptop, but are repairing my old laptop. The staff kept me informed and let me know all my options, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

They Charge $73 just to look at the problem. Then they quoted me twice the price for repairs and installation than at the Apple store. A complete rip off and a loss of $73 dollars. The owner of the company contacted me about my service. He was interested in my issue and how the company could improve services. Although I never requested or expected a refund, the full amount was credited back to me. I am impressed with the time and effort that was taken by the owner.

I was looking for an alternative to taking my computer or anything to the geek squad and found one. Geek squad don't do squat when it comes to repairing your computer and will send it to Kentucky to be fixed. Those days are over. My laptop had a screw missing so the frame was coming off. I tried to baby it for a few months but the screws started to come out on the other side, so I decided to just surrender it to the tech folks here.
They have to run a program on your computer even if you don't want them too to see if it has any problems other than the problem you brought it in for. I get it. Saves you a trip in OR saying it's their fault if you have another problem. $40 or something for that. 40 for labor for screws. They worked on my laptop right away and I had it back same day.
The biggest plus is that I didn't have to go to geek squad for them just to ship my baby to Timbuktu. Definitely recommend these guys. They do more than just computer repairs
