We are currently the only shop in Onslow County who is registered and using these tools, which means, we provide better and more accurate diagnostics and repairs than anyone else around.Unlike many other shops, we are able to fully test every hardware component with accuracy, catching problems before they start and ultimately saving you time and money. As you can imagine, this is not a quick process, in fact, testing every piece of hardware on a computer typically takes a full work day if not more. It is because of this that we cannot blindly offer same day services and give you the same quality as that we could offer in 2 to 3 days. We do however, offer next day services for many software issues like virus removals, tune-ups and software troubleshooting providing that there are no hardware issues.

We had trouble with my husband’s computer and just could not fix it. I looked on the web for computer repair in Jacksonville and found The PC Exchange and am so glad I did. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They kept me informed with what they found wrong, how they were going to fix it, and some tips on how to avoid problems in the future. Their fees are extremely reasonable (much cheaper than Best Buy). I know they went above and beyond to fix our problem, and the computer is better than new! Thanks guys!

I would definitely recommend The PC Exchange to anyone needing work done on their computer. They were great! I was in need of my computer being fixed and they had it ready for me the next day at a great price-much better than anyone else. They were also courteous and educated me more on computers. I will certainly continue to go there!

My computer is older and was very slow. So I got it done at the PC Exchange. I brought it home today and everything is running faster and all of my old files were in place. Also, the employees were extremely professional, well spoken, and nicely dressed. They were polite and timely. One employee even picked up my computer from my house for me because I couldn’t make it to drop it off. I definitely recommend PC Exchange, they are honest and reliable. I will definitely be using their services again.

Early this morning around 3:30am my laptop all the sudden would turn on but I had no picture on my screen. I emailed Zach and he called me as soon as he got up to try and help. I took the laptop over to him and with in hours he had my laptop working again. They are great over there. I own my own business and would have been lost with out my laptop. I would recommend highly! Thanks again Zach!!
