I took my computer to this business March 11, 2021. I call many times during his business hours everyday. My brother and I have driven by at least 5 times a week! NOT OPEN! I have called the city. The city told me to call the Sheriff. The Sheriff now has told me to go to the Court House! I will do this. WTH us up with him. I wrote him a letter asking for my computer to be returned fixed or whatever. Court House here I come. Today is May 26, 2021

I called them after HP tried to charge $50 just to ask them what's compatible for my laptop to be upgraded. He was nice and knew exactly how to help me. He walked me through what I needed to know. Thank you guys

So here's my story I had a external hard drive that was working amazing until one day my cat decided to jump on my laptop knock my laptop over along with my external hard drive I thought the cat had only broken the port but apparently it had damage something deep inside Well it went to TigerTech and I was hopeful but he told me when it was really damaged but he gave it one good old try and he literally had it running for over a month trying to recover photos and documents on there.

I had photos on there that were irreplaceable My father had passed away 2 years ago and the only photos I have of him were on this hard drive of course I had other pictures on there but those were the most important where the ones of my parents, Well I got it back a month later I've been going through all the pictures and other than just a couple of them being corrupted and distorted that I had to delete almost all the pictures of them are still intact and I am just so happy with that he didn't give up and he let it run its course until it decided it was done or not So thank you so much.

They are very expensive and waiting list is too long! So I will not recommend this place for computer and laptop repair, they are charging $150 just to correct booting error. I found other place which is going to just $30 and solving the problem just in 2 hours.

I have never been to his location but I had to write a review today. I have called them a few times with computer issues and he has troubleshooted my problems over the phone and providing free solutions! I feel kind of guilty but he is the go to guy if I ever need any repairs in the future!

A local power outage in the area occurred and my business was brought to a halt. My computer wasn't turning on, and it was the computer I need to process all my transactions. With no idea on what components were affected, I brought my computer over to Tiger Tech, who were open before anyone else. Everyone was friendly and informative. After diagnosing my system, they found out the culprit and got me a replacement part to get me back up and running. This had the potential to be a disaster, and these guys saved me.

I paid for a plan at with Geek Squad, but that did not work out they held my work laptop for over a week. Then I found Tiger Tech online, within a few hours problem solved. I needed my hard drive backed up Geek Squad charges $150, got it done at Tiger Tech for $50.00, wow and I got everything that I needed done. Great service, friendly people.

SCAMMER ALERT! DON'T GO HERE! He lied to me and broke the back light on my computer in order to try and charge me a second time! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HE WAS VERY DISCRIMINATING/RACIST!
