Charles is always so helpful and solves every problem and concern I bring in. He is so polite and patient dealing with my MELT Downs! My printer, Laptop. my cell phone and so much more! Im SO HAPPY and HIGHLY Recomend TWO FLAGS COMPUTER to Everyone!

He even included free support for the life of my computer. My internet connectivity has been repaired, the corrupt hard drive SSD has been fully corrected, ALLL MY Data and software are intact and so many more services completed that no one else ever does or I even knew about! I am so impressed, grateful and a customer now for life! Please note: My computer 'was' fast before when it was new. However, now it is insanely FAST, & boots up with everything ready in 14 seconds! Then opening my Google with my Yahoo email and Facebook pages(he included this as courtesy) takes less than a second. Charles called and kept me updated regularly with the repairs each step of the way. Again, I am AMAZED at the work done and can not suggested Two Flags Computer enough as these are the best services I have ever encountered and so happy to have found them.

I have had trouble in the past wit other peoples services but ever since I started using Two Flags Computer several years ago I no longer have any issues. I had to get my operating system updated and my Chrome fixed. Charles not only fixed the problems I knew of and reported to him, but did a full diagnostic and kept me appraised of his progress regularly. He stayed on time, and never talked down or patronized me. Now I have a computer that is like new! I highly recommend Two Flags Computer, and always use them for my computing needs.

My experience with Two Flags Computer was awesome. Charles had to totally re-build my computer, then totally re-train me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I wish there were more stars because that is what Two Flags Computer deserves. I am not a computer person nor any of the new tech equipment. Charles explained to me in my terms so I could understand what he was telling me. My computer is like a brand new one. fast and easy to use.
