Excellent option for quick and cheap hardware/software fixes. I took my computer to WanPC and Martin fixed some broken pins on my motherboard and replaced the fan for a very reasonable price. Since then the computer has worked flawlessly. It was all very easy and painless. Martin is also very flexible about pickup and drop off times, which adds to the convenience.

What great service I got from Martin. A true professional who is very knowledgeable in all aspects dealing with computers. Not only was he very helpful, but kind and courteous as well. He also backs up all the work performed and also answered every question I had. If that wasn't enough; the tun-around time was excellent (no one wants to be w/out their computer for too long!) and the price was extremely affordable. I cannot say enough good things about this service. I will, and have, recommended WangPC to friends with confidence.

I needed a hard drive replaced on a slightly older macbook, but the apple store and "apple certified" micro center in cambridge could only replace with the same crappy hard drive the computer came with even though wayyy better ones are now available - after running around all day Saturday I got the hard drive from micro center and then called and dropped off my laptop here Sunday and picked up a day or so later.

They checked with me that everything was backed up beforehand and my computer now works soooo much better! They are a little disorganized, once the door was locked without a sign while an employee moved their car (just call) and theres a lot of devices piled on top of each other - but worth the friendly, honest, reasonably priced and good service in a convenient location!

I called him earlier today because I was super stressed about my laptop failing on me. He understood that I was super overwhelmed and immediately checked my laptop within an hour (free diagnosis). He provided me with several options on how to repair my computer. All in all, I highly recommend coming here to get your computer repaired.

Martin and his team were absolutely amazing. I had a huge issue with my computer freezing on the lock screen and had been to the Apple Store twice in 3 days with no solution offered other than to send the laptop out for repair for 5-7 business days, which wasn't really feasible!

Martin was able to turn my laptop around within 24 hours even though he had to replace my entire keyboard. I would absolutely recommend Wangpc to anyone else having computer issues and I am so grateful for his help!

So glad I found WangPC Computer Service! Martin's last-minute availability has saved me more than once! My PC became un-usable two different times (one from a malicious virus, and the other time from water damage to my laptop.) He miraculously fixed both problems overnight, and offered choice of drop-off / pick/up locations (Newton or Brookline), which is great when you're in the middle of a busy work day and needing your computer asap. Pricing is very reasonable, and again, Martin is top notch!

This service was excellent. Martin was prompt to answer phone calls and return text messages. He was clear about the services he could provide, and talked me through the issues that could arise from my computer accident. He both picked up and dropped off my computer because I was unable to visit the location of his store during the workday. His price was very reasonable. Overall, WangPC provides a wonderful service.

If I ever have another computer issue, I know who to go to. I've typed out the specific details surrounding my experience below. I spilled a small amount of coffee on my laptop, immediately unplugged it, and tried to dry it out for a bit. When I turned the computer back on, (much earlier than I should have, you should wait at least 24 hours), one by one, the keyboard letters stopped working, and generally weird things were happening on my screen - the start-up screen would shake until I pressed a key.

I called Martin at around 7:30 pm the Sunday evening that it happened, and he talked me through a plan. Because I was working on Monday and unable to go to the store, he agreed to come pick up my laptop from me at work. We spoke briefly about the issues, and he told me what he planned to do - clean the coffee residue off the motherboard, let the computer dry completely, and check the keyboard. Tuesday night around 7:30 pm, he told me that I will actually need a new keyboard, which he could order and install himself - the only delay would be caused by the shipping of the new keyboard. Friday afternoon, he texts me that the computer is ready and that he can bring it to my office within the hour. I'm currently typing this review from my working laptop.
