I can't tell you how smooth our transition to our new computers was! It was great. From my first phone call, you were so very supportive and you know what you are talking about. I really appreciate that. We have had computers at our business since 1990, but I am not in tune to what I need for equipment. You handled the install and everything was great.

I am very satisfied with the customer-focused service I received. Unlike you, very few businesses seem to genuinely CARE about what they do, how they do it, and whether or not they treat their customers as individuals. And therefore, the name of your company is quite appropriate!

Since I am just a little above dangerous when it comes to technology I was not looking forward to a session on cleaning up my Robo Form, making my logins more secure, and using more secure procedures. Ismael had the patience of a saint, or I guess it would be better to say a "professional".

He never made me feel inadequate or unskilled. We resolved all of the issues including an issue I was having with Outlook. That one took a while. Ismael was determined to find the problem and resolve the issue. Which he did and taught me how to fix it if it occurs again. I have been a client of WCC for almost 15 years. They are a great company to work with. Friendly office staff and courteous, respectful technicians. I am a recent convert to We Care Computers. My usual computer help was unavailable and a friend recommended WCC to me. Zach was fantastic - he went over all of my issues with me sitting right next to him. He showed me what he was doing and explained things clearly and succinctly. He didn't talk down to me and he didn't attempt to dazzle me with overly-technical explanations. AND I got an odd message from my computer the day after he left; the office took the question, checked with Zach and emailed his response.

I think that fixing someone's computer and making that person comfortable with the process are 2 completely different tasks. It's my experience that We Care Computers knocked it out of the park on both counts.

I called We Care because my computer was acting up. Kevin arrived on-time within the promised time window. He was very easy to work with, professional and courteous. Also easy to ask questions and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. They also charge reasonably. I highly recommend.

I thought the people who I have my service with could help with getting me back on my email, right, simple, right.no. I should have called We Care Computers first. It was an emergency, said they would be out in three hours they were out in two hours, took care of the problem in 1hour 1/2 far less time than I spent on the phone with my Support with my service, who never did solve the problem after two hours on the phone. We Care I love you!

I am clueless when it comes to computers. We Care Computers came quickly and made the problem go away! Would definitely use again!

* Computer people are easy to find. * Geeks who can optimize my computer are easy to find. * But finding a company that also has an eye on the whole picture of my computing needs and works really well with clients - well, that's not so easy to find. So, I was very lucky to have found We Care Computers in West Hartford, CT. They now care for my business computers, as well as my family's lifestyle computing.

Team Members have made house calls (surprisingly affordable!) and even my 83 year old mother commented on how easily they communicated the process to her. He took some time, came up with a plan that was flexible, and made the right suggestions for avoiding similar problems in the future. It's like a Wellness Program for my computers!

I have used We Care Computers a few times over the past few years. They are fabulous. Extremely professional, on time and really know their stuff. I was so impressed with this company! I called in the morning with a problem I was having getting online through my modem. They were at my home by 3 pm the same day, worked on the problem for an hour, and while they were not able to fix the actual connection problem through the modem (the issue was much more extensive and expensive than I wanted to deal with), they were able to diagnose the problem, provide solutions, and then they had me back on the internet through a wireless connection by the time the hour was over!

The tech was so professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. I felt very comfortable with him sitting in my living room (which isn't always the case when having someone come into your home to work on something!) and the final cost of an hour of intensive and helpful work was very affordable for the attention and help I received. I highly recommend this company, especially when I compare to the horror stories I've heard from other computer companies (including national companies' computer repair programs!) I would definitely call them again for other problems and would even consider buying a computer from them in the future.

Not much I can say that hasn't already been said before. Our computer was fried while hubby was trying to find which circuit breaker to turn off. The guys here spoke with hubby for a few minutes, figured out it was most likely fried power supply unit. We dropped it off on a Friday, it was done Monday morning! Prices were competitive, but also much cheaper than replacing the computer. Thank you so much for fixing our silly mistake!

I have used We Care Computers not once, but three times now. Without exception, their service has been outstanding. Twice we had repair guys come to the house, and today I dropped a laptop off at their office. That in and of itself was a great thing. I told Avi about what the laptop was doing and he suggested that because it might take some time to diagnose, it would be MUCH cheaper for me to bring it in, than to have tech come to our house.

He called within a few hours, and told me what was wrong with our laptop, and what it would cost to fix it. Short, sweet, to the point. As an option, he sent me a list of computers they sell, if we decide to go with a new one. There was not a crumb of pushy salesman included, which I have to say, I appreciate like crazy. (Try asking questions at a BestBuy or something about computers.and feel the pinch).

When the techs came to our home, they were on time, pleasant, did what they said they would do, and in the time they said they would do it. Again, I appreciate this like crazy. I love supporting local business, and Avi and We Care Computers make that super easy to do.

We Care Computers isn't just a name. These guys really do care. That's what makes them so awesome. It really is amazing how using the services of local businesses is so much more satisfying and personal than having some underpaid, overworked, miserable member of the "geek squad" act as if you're wasting his valuable time by being such a stupid moron.

We Care will fix whatever issues you may have with your computer without making you leave your home, and although they're based in West Hartford, they serve Springfield and New Haven as well. These guys are absolutely awesome, and really nice. I do know them personally, and it is not an act. They are truly really great guys who love what they do and do it well. Plus, if you decide to use them based on my recommendation and are unhappy for any reason, you get to punch me in the stomach. If you are having any problems with your computer, or are just sick and tired of the one you have and need a new one, these are without a doubt the guys to call.
